Very easy to place an order, great prices and very speedy tracked delivery. Will definitely shop with them again.

Good not received and no support
Having paid for next day delivery I still haven't received my boots after 5 days. The response to my enquiries keeps referring me to Royal Mail with no satisfaction regarding why I haven't received them. Very disappointing.

Delivered faulty shoes that creased on…
Delivered faulty shoes that creased on the first wear. A very large crease across the front not a small one. They mentioned the wear is normal but the shoes were only worn once when it happened. Clearly a quality and stitching issue in the shoes. Poor customer service. Probably would not order from them again also they don’t offer free returns which is a major drawback.

Svar fra Freeman Hardy and Willis
Dear Joseph,
We're sorry you experienced an issue with your shoes.
As mentioned on our email to you, unfortunately, leather shoes do crease with wear and this can't really be avoided, or considered a fault.
If you are unhappy with them you are more than welcome to return your shoes. We understand that return costs can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Great service
I purchased some hush puppies boots through Freeman Willis and Hardy in October. Unfortunately one of the boot soles has collapsed - letting in water. Freeman Willis and Hardy we were quick to reply to my email with images of the damage and offered a full refund. Great service and I would be sure to repurchase other brand shoes from them in the future.

The company are great
The company are great. Extremely helpful when my parcel was 3 weeks late. Even refunded me the price I paid for next day delivery with out me asking . The sale prices are fantastic. This was my first time using this company I was on Google looking for wellies for my husband and came across a pair from there company with a fantastic price . But I do not have trust in there delivery company parcel force. And they do not use any other delivery company nso for this reason I will be extremely cautious shopping with them again . Sad as there prices are fantastic and when my husband wellies did arrive they were every thing he was looking for .

Fantastic products and customer service…
Fantastic products with support services to match. Our slight product issue could not have been better resolved. In a world where customer service is at best second rate, this is a company that really does put the customer first.
