Keine Ware erhalten, Kundenservice reagiert nicht
Hab am 28.11. bestellt und die Zahlung ging direkt durch, was mir auch durch eine Mail bestätigt wurde. Hab dann aber weder die bestellte Ware noch eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Daher schrieb ich am 13.12. eine Mail über das Kontaktformular der Seite, was denn sei. Kam keine Antwort. Ich schrieb also am 21.12. nochmal. Auch darauf kam keine Antwort. Heute ist der 26.12. Bislang bin ich einfach nur 100€ ärmer, zwei E-Mails dümmer, nach wie vor ohne Ware oder auch nur eine Versandbestätigung und der Kundenservice ghostet mich nach wie vor. Danke für gar nichts.

Mon processus d'achat s'est très bien déroulé. J'ai commandé le 29 novembre, et reçu le colis chez moi le 19 décembre.
J'ai bien reçu tous les cadeaux auxquels j'avais droit (j'étais d'ailleurs très étonnée car la valeur indiquée des cadeaux valait quasiment autant que le montant de ma commande 😅)
Juste embêtant de ne pas avoir de numéro de suivi (en tout cas il n'était pas indiqué sur mon mail d'expédition - j'ai reçu un mail de la Poste le jour où le colis a été livré).

This website is a scam!! As per many many other reviews they do not deliver. To have to have a product go through customs is ridiculous, they should have a distribution warehouse IN Australia. Do not order from this business.

I ordered over a month ago
And couldn't see tracking and was not told if the parcel was on the way.
Tried contacting Fenty beauty multiple times. They tried to offer refund but I insisted I just wanted the products I paid for.
Finally they arrived today.....and THEY'RE THE WRONG ITEMS!
so they've sent me something completelyyyy different, I'm so mad after waiting all this time. I've emailed them and will see if they respond. I'm just shocked by such awful service.
Long shipping delays and poor communication
I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from the website. Since I’ve used the brand for years and it’s one of my sister’s favorites, I assumed everything would go smoothly, even though it was my first time purchasing online. I decided to buy her some Christmas gifts during Black Friday.
I placed my order on November 29th, but it didn’t arrive until December 19th. For 10 days, the status remained unchanged, showing it was waiting to be picked up for delivery. During that time, I contacted customer support twice, but my emails went unanswered.
I had signed up for email and text notifications about my order but didn’t receive any updates at all. Tracking information for international shipment was hidden away on the website and managed by a third party and wasn’t updating either. After 20 days of no word from Fenty I was assuming the package wouldn’t show up at all and then despite no notifications it was delivered. Some hours after the delivery I received my first email update from Fenty confirming it had been delivered, and hours later, a response from Fenty’s customer service regarding my initial inquiry, letting me know the parcel should have been delivered and blamed the delay on a high volume of orders due to Black Friday.
While I understand Black Friday creates high demand, I find this excuse weak. Many online shops handle large volumes during this period yet still manage to provide regular updates and ship orders promptly.
Order Not Received and Being Ignored
I ordered from this company and never received my order. I have attempted to contact them multiple times but have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

It was a terrible experience at first, where customer service did not listen to us, the customers, at all. There were no solutions or understanding for those of us who pay and invest in these products. My order was originally missing 16 items. This involved more than 500 euros. I was told that I should arrange it with GLS, while the company should come up with solutions and not the courier company.
As I was left to my own devices, I received an email from Cindy. She listened to me and offered solutions. She arranged for me to immediately get my money back or apply for a gift card with the amount I had originally paid.
So I can no longer generalize and insist that everyone in the company doesn't care about the customers, because where others failed, Cindy responded and I will always be grateful to her for that.
I want to continue to believe that there are good people on earth and she gave me that belief back today.

Worse customer service ever missing an item. Impossible to get in touch ignored for days finally got in touch with a Melanie that just doesn’t help as if she replies with set answers not tailored to my issue. Really disappointed as I do like fenty products but avoid!! 2 weeks later and still no solution! -10
Order Never Shipped
I ordered weeks ago in November and my items haven’t even shipped yet. At this point I don’t even know if I will get what I ordered before Christmas. Well over $100 down the drain and no makeup for any of my events. Shocked because I thought they had a good reputation. Don’t buy from the website. Just go to Ulta.

Niet van dit bedrijf bestellen als je in Europa woont. Ik heb twee weken geleden twee lipglossjes besteld. Het is niet verzonden. Klantenservice reageert bijna tot helemaal niet. Het telefoonnummer is niet bereikbaar. Pakketservice is ook niet te bereiken. Ik kan doei zeggen tegen mijn 40€.
Update: ze hebben het bedrag teruggestort en het pakket alsnog verstuurd. Op het formulier die bij het pakket zat staat een andere naam, en de bestelling klopt niet. Voor de rest wel netjes opgelost. Kostte wel veel moeite en energie. Dit duurde een maand. Nu het pakketje is geleverd kan e global wel ineens op mijn mails reageren.

DO NOT order from here. i received the wrong order and my items were opened, i sued one and got an allergic reaction. Fenty ignored my emails and then refused to refund me. They violated GDPR rules by telling me my step sister (who me and my family do not speak to) did an order on this address and this caused a huge family issue. Tony was the agents name. Stephanie (another agent) promised me she would get back to me within an hour and ignored me for more than a week.

I ordered from this company and didn't recieve the order. I have tried to contact them and been ignored. I'm out of pocket and they have my money! This company is awful and disgusting. Don't order from them as they won't help with issues IF you even get an order!

I have been an avid Fenty fan and avid Fenty Customer Service fan for a long time but my last experience has blown me away not for nice reasons.
I bought a lipstick that tasted like chemicals. It was so foul I had to wipe it off. I tried to give it to 2 people they both refused the item and then I tried My mother who told me “Beverley this can’t be right, this taste highly toxic and is full of chemicals. Do not use it” so I wrote to Fenty twice on two different email addresses, also I Dm them on their media. I also sent them a message on their website and I’ve been totally and utterly ignored. I will never shop with him again. I am so upset that what I thought was world class service was just my imagination.

I recently made a purchase from FENTY Beauty and was excited about the free gift that was supposed to come with it. Unfortunately, my order arrived without the gift. I reached out to their customer service for assistance, and I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful they were!
Not only did they quickly address my issue, but they also provided me with a code to redeem a full-sized version of the free gift without any hassle. It’s great to see a brand that stands by its promises and values its customers.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I’m truly impressed with FENTY Beauty’s customer service. Thank you for making things right!

Tried contacting them couple of times to say I’m having difficulty purchasing gift card from their website as the link won’t work on their page.
I have still not had any response so I took my custom to Mac makeup which I’ve had no issues with this far.
Worst costumer service ever
Unfortunately I got stuck in a deadly combo: fenty beauty horrific costumer service and GLS Italy usual bullshit. I placed my order two weeks ago, the address was reported by GLS to be incorrect. I tried to reach out to fenty "costumer service" to draw attention to this, to no avail: after I had to fix this situation without any assistance whatsoever from fenty, I got an email stating my order has been delivered. But the thing is... no parcel has been delivered. Once again, fenty "costumer service" proved to be a waste of time, since all I got was automated and unhelpful answers.
I am surprised and disappointed such a reputable brand is so unresponsive to its costumers and so lacking when it comes to international shipping. I guess I won't be seeing my parcel anytime soon, hopefully they will be more efficient when it comes to the refund.
