Look the impact this celebrity founded brand had on shade inclusivity in the beauty industry is genuinely historic and I wanted to support it wholeheartedly. But after nearly two months of consistent use I have to be honest — my skin was in significantly better shape before. My previous makeup handled Australian summer heat and humidity brilliantly — no oxidation, no breakouts, consistent wear all day. This range however turned ashy on my skin tone within hours, the setting powder clung to dry patches embarrassingly and I developed congestion around my nose and chin that I haven't had in years. Game changing shade range, formula that just cannot keep up. Overpriced for real world performance.
Disappointed Perfect Match Turned "Burnt Orange" (Oxidation Issue)
I really wanted to love this product. As someone who doesn't wear much makeup, the Fenty Eaze Drop Skin Tint (Shade 11) was exactly what I was looking for at first. It applied beautifully and was a perfect match for my skin.
However, after only a short period of owning the bottle, the formula has started to oxidise severely. It now turns a heavy "burnt orange" colour almost immediately after applying, making me look unnaturally tanned and patchy. For a £30 product, I expected the colour stability to last longer than a few weeks.
I reached out to customer service, but as a student on a budget, their only solution was a small discount on their official website, which actually works out more expensive than just buying it from a different seller. It's frustrating to be left with an unusable product and no real support. If you are a neutral/fair-medium skin tone, be very careful with Shade 11, as the orange shift is quite dramatic.
I never received my order
I never received my order, yet it was marked as delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times and received no proper response. After nearly a month of waiting, they finally replied only to say that there was nothing they could do.
There was no real investigation, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. Instead of supporting their customer, they simply shifted responsibility and closed the case.
It is extremely disappointing to see such a lack of care and professionalism. Customer satisfaction clearly does not seem to be a priority for this company.
I would not recommend purchasing from them if you expect reliable delivery or proper customer support.
My 3rd experience was my final experience with Fenty Beauty.
I placed an order for a body butter and body milk. I was in the midst of having a crazy day and I kept getting pulled away from completing the order.
I thought I added a sample to my order; even though I was eligible for two samples. I paid using PayPal. I reached out to customer service immediately and asked if I could please add the one sample.
They said there was nothing they could do. I asked to cancel the order, so I could replace the order and they again said there was nothing they could do. I reached out to the post office to advise that I need to refuse the package.
I mean to spend over $80 for two skincare products and they cannot even add one sample. No thanks.
They only publish five star reviews
I received an email from Fenty asking for reviews on items I had recently purchased. I submitted one star reviews as I was very unimpressed with the products yet Fenty have not published my reviews on their website.

The products I use from your brand are fantastic for my skin. I use the Eaze Drop range, which is water-based and has a very flattering shade for someone who is fair-skinned with orange/red hair.

I placed my order during the Black…
I placed my order during the Black Friday sale. Due to a shipping issue, I did not receive my order even after almost three weeks. Since then, I emailed customer service multiple times over several days and received no response.
I only received assistance after repeatedly pushing for help through the live chat, and even then, my questions were not fully addressed. Eventually, I was able to get a refund.
I was then told to reorder the same items at full price and was assured that I would be refunded the difference. When I asked whether the free items included in my original Black Friday order would also be included, I was told they would not. There was no apology or acknowledgment—just poor customer service throughout.
That said, I do genuinely like Fenty’s products, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

Wasn’t able to cancel my order or change the form of my payment when their payment 3rd party Shopify used my card without indicating which card they’re using. Refused to edit or cancel my order, their customer service said they won’t cancel as they’re “working hard to process the order”. I am definitely returning the product, why is there even a need to process it?

Very disappointed! Decided to splurge on their Black Friday sale and chose the ship directly to Barbados option. I realised that the parcel appeared to be taking a while to arrive and when I tracked it I saw it was returned to the shipper the day after I ordered it (absolutely no notification btw). When I requested assistance in the chat forum, the agent said I needed to check with the courier for the reason it was returned. Do I rasshole work at Fenty Beauty???? Isn't that your job since Fenty Beauty chose the courier? She proceeded to immediately refund my credit card....didn't even offer to resend my order first. When I asked she said I would have to reorder the items and the prices would be "adjusted" when shipped. Seriously??? No thanks

The most worst customer service I have ever had. You lost me as a customer. Fenty Beauty with DPD made my decision to stop using my a favourite singer’s brand. I ordered a few items and I had never received them. Some of them returned my order and both blamed each other. I will investigate my case and I will not let the things like that. Not. Definitely, I will claim for compensation because you lost my time and are me stressed. Hey people stop using this Brand and DPD both are really terrible. The main problem is, ones you have a problem with one of them, this will cause a lot of your time and big nerves. Trust me. Because the customer service is under any criticism.
Terrible customer service
My promised free gift for an order over a certain amount was missing. I contacted customer support who confirmed the order qualified, but that I should have added it myself to the cart before checking out. The advert both on their website clearly stated (no code needed) nor any information in the small print stating that it had to be added. It's not ok to 'blame the customer'. I will not recommend and will not buy their products again. For me they are now on a list of companies that I do not buy from. There are plenty of alternative products on the market which are just as good.

Never receive my order. So I ordered lip liner , but before they asked me for my adres and information , they automatically check out and took money from my card , and used my old address , when I wrote them they said it's not possible to change it. When I wanted to speak with some manager they suddenly send me coupon that I can order my lip liner for my new adres , and second time made minus 10 dollars for tax or delivery on my account(plus the product), but even second time I didn't receive my lip liner , so all together I spend over 50 dollars for lip liner I never got. Amazing. Thank you.

I have written over 10 letters; they have not delivered my order, did not provide an order confirmation, but have taken the money from my bank. They will not refund me, and round in circles we go! so I now have to raise a formal dispute thru my bank and report them to the ombudsman . I will not attempt to shop

After speaking with my bank this morning, they have also provided me with the Authorisation Number: 361163 for this transaction. Given this confirmation, it is unacceptable to receive further communication from you stating that the payment was cancelled.
Please arrange for an immediate refund of the £59 you owe me. If I do not receive confirmation of this refund promptly, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute process with my bank.

Snel verzonden, maar helaas is GLS mijn pakket kwijt geraakt. Waar GLS nergens op reageerde (mail, noch telefonisch), heeft de klantenservice van Fenty Beauty binnen een kwartier gereageerd. Zij hebben meteen contact op genomen met GLS en binnen een uur kreeg ik een refund van het volledige bedrag. Ik heb mijn pakket niet ontvangen, maar dat ligt niet FB. Wel verdienen ze door hun snelle verzenden en uitstekende klantenservice alleen al 5 sterren!

This is from the UK as there doesn't appear to be a Fenty beauty UK option.
I've had a package left outside (very uncommon in the UK) and I live on a terrace street so it's practically on the pavement. The package was gone when I got home and I've reported it to both DPD and Fenty and I'm being passed between the two with no resolution and very little communication.
I attached the POD which was a photo of it being left unattended in plain view to the original request which should have been the end of it. It's been nearly two weeks now. This is really bad customer service.
