I only called to cancel my policy
I only called to cancel my policy. I was TRANSFERRED three times. One of the reasons was the employee said her system was updating. After being on hold twice with the employee system updating (wait time 15 mins) The last representative who claims to be the supervisor, CONSTANTLY and adamantly asking why??. I asked is this a recorded line as I asked for my policy canceled over 15 times. I informed the prior rep why I was canceling which is due to no assistance with claims. I have paid over 2k into a policy and have not received any assistance with my check engine light on. The company informed me Only the person who will work on my car can send the claim and they will follow up with them. But I'm the consumer. Finally the then Supervisor asked for the mileage on my car and he will not cancel it at this time.. I am asking again before I go to the BBB.. Please cancel my policy!!

This advanced scam sends out mail to people who recently bought a car, claiming it's a "final notice" to set up your vehicle's warranty. It looks official and urgent, and when you call, they tell you that this is the same warranty you signed up for at the dealership. That is completely false.
When you buy a car, you handle your warranty at the dealership. You should not be getting billed again, and you should not be setting anything else up later. Call your dealership IMMEDIATELY if you are being asked for any additional payments. This company is trying to mislead people into thinking they aren't fully covered unless they pay them. That is not true and not how warranties work.
What makes this company worse is that they try to make their coverage sound like it has extra benefits, but it does not. They are using fear and confusion to push something no one asked for. It’s clearly meant to trick people, especially those who may not know how the warranty process actually works.
Dealerships in Austin have started warning their customers about this company.
As you can see by these reviews, many people have bought from these people under deception. If this company has contacted you or taken money from you when you already had a warranty report them to your local police, the FTC, and the US Postal Inspection Service.
Misrepresenting a business or service, especially in a way that causes financial harm, can violate consumer protection laws, including those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Using deceptive mailers also violate federal mail fraud laws, which are taken very seriously and can carry criminal penalties.
Stay safe and question anything that pressures you into giving out payment info over the phone, especially when you’re told it’s “your last chance”. Talk with your dealership before making any payments to anyone. It’s disturbing that people feel so comfortable scamming the vulnerable in such a deceptive way. Do not trust this scam.
I have read this company’s replies to other one-star reviews and it is the same script every time. They insist the customer “misunderstood,” claim they “never said it was mandatory,” or pretend they could not have known the person already had coverage. This is not customer confusion. It is a deliberate sales strategy built on vague wording, omission of key facts, and manufacturing a false sense of urgency.
One reviewer said they were “deceived by [the] notice seeing it mandatory,” another said they were “basically threatened with [their] warranty” and yet another described “predatory calls to [their] stepfather with ALS.” These are not isolated complaints. When dozens of people independently report feeling misled, pressured, or tricked, and your response is to deny, deflect, and shift blame, that is not customer service. It is an admission that this is how you operate.

Have been trying to cancel this policy for 48 hours and first no one answer my phone call on Saturday, and here is Monday and they don’t have a member id (which I was never given at purchase ) and is clueless on how to cancel this subscription. So now they left me no choice but to assume fraud and dispute charges. The letter I received in the mail seemed urgent as if I was about to lose my warranty on my new car with hyundai only to see a tiny print at the bottom of the paper stating that this is a third party and NOT affiliated with my car company. It looked real as it had my car company printed at the top left corner. Everything was done over the phone. Verbal. No signature no email copy of what I just agreed to. Lesson learned. Very misleading. Your company’s logo should present itself in bold at the top of the urgent letter I received in the mail. And to top it off it’s extremely difficult to cancel which to me is also extremely unprofessional and suspicious because your staff has no idea how to cancel instead transferring my call with no answers.
