Top notch customer care turned my difficulty into an experience of thoughtfulness, kindness, and appreciation as a valued patron. I had an issue with a malfunction on my bike within a few months of my purchase. The customer support team evaluated my issue and resolved to send me a new unit.😀🤙 I was so thrilled because it was completely unexpected and they felt how much I loved my riding experience with my Yosuda bike. Even before my purchase, after much research into the many bikes on the market, I knew that my Yosuda was going to become an integral part of my fitness plan. It’s such an awesome part of my life and I look forward to every ride almost every day if I’m able to. I am definitely a satisfied and dedicated Yosuda fan !! 😍🤙🤙🤙

Excellent customer service! I emailed asking for a delivery date and FED Fitness repsonded the same day and then took the initiative to keep me up to date on my delivery. I received my rebounder within 4 business days of ordering. I couldn't be happier with the customer communications & delivery service. I am looking forward to unboxing and using my new equipment.

I purchased a Yosuda Pro - M bike in 2024. The bike is very well built and has significantly enhanced the quality of my exercise routine.
Unfortunately, the resistance bar eventually broke — the threads became worn, causing it to spin freely without providing any resistance. I contacted the customer support team, and they were highly responsive. After I provided the necessary evidence, they promptly sent a replacement part.

I purchased a recumbent bike that came with two right pedals, so I reached out to the customer support email in the instructions and they responded within hours. They were so apologetic and professional. They immediately got me out a left pedal, and have been super communicative throughout the process. Good customer service should be a given, but it’s not, so when it happens it’s refreshing and heartening. Shoutout to Yanna for being an A+ representative of this company!

I purchased the Strength Station from their website. I thought it would be useful for weekends at the camper, etc. They sent me something that says, "Halo Strength Studio". It looks the same, but it doesn't work. The resistance settings don't increase the resistance. On max level, I can pull the cable with a single finger. There is no eccentric resistance either.

Their customer support is slow as can be. Admittedly, I am use to Amazon who responds quickly. However, they are going back and forth asking for video, then proof, etc. etc. I paid $500+ for this thing. I sent video showing it doesn't work. Get it resolved!

I ordered a rebounder. My order was delayed due to USPS delivery service. I contacted FED Fitness and they were so appreciative that I notified them of the delay (which I realized was out of their control). They told me to contact them upon receipt of my item and they would issue a small credit for the inconvenience, which they followed through with. Good customer service!
