Unfortunately, I paid for a game and I didn’t receive any email notification to plan the upcoming game. I even asked for an answer via the chat and no one responded; Very terrible customer experience!!!

Hi Akshit,
Sorry to see you find our booking experience suboptimal.
Know that we're aware of the situation. We have a brand new app launching this September that is 100% intuitive.
Please stay put and know that the booking experience will get better soon!
Greetings,
Luuk
Worst group
It's the worst group of players!

Hi NAA,
I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience you had with us.
I'd like to know more about the match details so we can make sure this never happens again.
Could you tell me the location and the time the match took place?
Greetings,

Enjoyable & affordable.
Very enjoyable, very affordable.
I ended up moving to Sassenheim but still play in the Hague at least once a week. Good games and getting to know and hang out with nice people too.

I play mostly at Transvaal on Saturdays and DVVA on Fridays.
Baz and Jamie have been a very good host.
I enjoy the atmosphere, competitiveness and respect from the other guys.
This really works for my purpose of staying somewhat fit.

Hi Adam, we're sorry to hear that you find our concept nothing special.
We make football as easy as going to the gym, well organised 5 vs 5 matches to have fun.
Didn't you play yourself? As you said you were watching other people.
Cheers,
Luuk
