Nicola at Faith Ibiza helped arranged my pre wedding welcome drinks and my little girls first birthday. She was beyond amazing and everything was just perfect.

Got in touch with Faith Ibiza with help for a hen do itinerary. I was put in touch with Hayley who was absolutely AMAZING!
I wasn’t sure at first what they would help with but she has literally done everything! I said what we would like to do and when and how many people and she sorted all the bookings and extras and I just had to pay via the link she sent. They also do transport too which was a god send for 16 of us. Really decent prices and so much easier than taxis everywhere!
Such a smooth experience, everything went swimmingly - the minibus was even able to be moved earlier at super short notice thanks to Hayley! The best thing I did by far for Ibiza - THANK YOU HAYLEY

Hands down one of the best travel agents a group can get! The Faith Ibiza team killed it with our itinerary for my bachelor party! From reservations at night clubs, restaurants, and yachts, everything was above expectations! Highly recommend you use this company if you are taking a trip to Ibiza!

Robyn B was amazing. She listened to what I wanted from a short girls celebratory trip in Ibiza and created the perfect schedule for our needs. We loved every part of the trip and leaving was really difficult. She was constantly available for last minute changes or advice throughout the trip and we felt that no moment was wasted on our own un knowledgeable choices. We organised a catamaran day cruise with a DJ for a group of 22 friends thru Nicola & Sophie. The service from the initial booking all the way through to the day & after was phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble, the team were very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable & made our experience one of the best days of our trip. Could not recommend Faith Ibiza highly enough!!

AVOID!! Do not trust this company they will fraudulently keep your money and use excuse after excuse as to why you have not been refunded!! Paid over £5000 for a boat day, toilets on the boat were flooded and unhygienic. Paid extra for a wine package, arrived on the day and told they couldn’t provide the wine. Paid a €500 deposit for DJ equipment, they confirmed the equipment was all fine and no issues yet pulling fake excuses out of thin air on why they are not returning our money. Extremely unprofessional and clearly inexperienced staff who do not respond and try to pass the buck on to other people! Please do yourself a favour and use a legitimate established company rather than these fraudsters!!

Fantastic. Took the stress out of moving around ibiza with the family. We booked several services through Faith and nothing was to much of an ask. Would recommend and use them again next year.

Nicola and her team were outstanding. Made our first trip to Ibiza a breeze from airport and hotel transfers, to club and dinner recommendations and reservations, yacht and car hires, and overall local knowledge of sites to visits. We will definitely be repeat customers. ❤️
