Absolutely amazing experience thanks to Faith!
We thought it would be impossible to arrange this in Ibiza as everything was fully booked, but Faith made it happen. We now have a full day planned on a beautiful boat and even a table at Beso Beach, beyond perfect! Everything was so easy and stress-free to organise. Truly grateful and so excited to enjoy it all. Robyn and her team were incredible. They got us the best bookings that were supposed to be impossible, handled all of the transport, and were always there for live changes / help throughout our trip. Also all lovely to work with as people. Can’t recommend more highly.

I used Faith Ibiza to plan my proposal and I must say they are the absolute best. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect and magical proposal. My family and I have just returned home from the most incredible trip to Ibiza!
We had the lovely Robyn who recommended us the perfect villa in a great location, which suited our family so well. As there was 10 of us.
Not only was the villa out of this world beautiful, Robyn went out of her way to check up on how we were several times during the week, to ask if there was anything she could help with. She was always super quick to respond.
Robyn organised a food delivery for when we first arrived which was so helpful with young children.
Robyn also made sure we had a cot and highchair already available before we arrived, as well as booking us large taxis and offering advice and recommendations on what to do in Ibiza. The service faith offer to clients is 5*. I would highly recommend requesting Robyn Baker to help with any holiday enquiries as she really made the holiday run absolutely seamlessly from start to finish.
Family memories made for life on this trip and I am so grateful we had the support to make it perfect. Thank you so much Robyn for your time and effort with everything organised.

I had the pleasure of working with Faith, mainly Alis and Sophie, over the past few months to organise our company’s AGM in Ibiza for a large group of 73, and I honestly can't fault them! From helping me secure our ideal hotel to organising a fantastic group event, along with all the thoughtful little touches in between, everything was handled professionally. The entire trip was a great success, and everyone had an incredible time. I would highly recommend Faith to anyone or any company looking to plan a memorable trip. Thank you again for everything!

I have been organising 22 lads to Ibiza this May. I thought I could book everything myself and knew where I wanted to go. Cut out the middle man and save the group some money. How wrong could I be. After 4 days of trying to book places faith Ibiza got recommended to me. Within 10 minutes I had a text from Alis. Within an hour she recommended places I didn’t even know about. Within 2 hours I had a spreadsheet sent to me with costs per person. Faith Ibiza took the hassle away from me and helped with every step in booking places. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Even when I text asking a question, I get a reply so quickly. What a company. Oh, and to finish the circle, within 6 hours I had booked and paid deposits for everything they recommended. No hidden costs. Can’t wait to use again. Ben Mitchell. England.

We stayed at the Can Pep Villa. The pool was nice, pool area was spacious - good for a big group. The rest of the property was outdated. As we were getting ready for our first night out, the power goes out - which caused us all to panic. We reached out to the concierge and there was so sense of urgency to get the matter resolved. Every time the power went out, we had to drive half a mile down a dark road to the breaker to flip the switch to get the power back on - this went on for the whole duration of our stay. We did NOT feel safe at this property, even though it is gated. When the power goes out you have to push open the gate, which we had to do each time - anyone can come onto the property and push open the gate when the power is out. My biggest issue is their negligence to resolve safety concerns. Customer service is not their top priority.
There are other places you can stay at, do not waste your hard earned money at this Villa.

Most horrendous stay there! Some friends and I booked our stay and we were NOT able to use the simplest of their amenities , POWER! anytime we used their blow dryers provided the power went out and instead of having someone help, we had to drive a mile down the road to RESET THEIR BREAKER! The weekend stay there, we didn’t have anyone come help us with any issues, instead were told that they don’t work weekends! We had no power, the house was hot, the service was absolute trash!

My friends and I booked a stay at Can Pep Villa for a couple of days and we were so excited to have a fun and relaxing time in Ibiza to celebrate our best friend’s bachelorette party. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues at the Villa that made our experience less than enjoyable. The power went out several times in 100°F temperatures every day during the entire time we stayed there. When we raised the issue to Faith Concierge and the owner, they blamed us for using the AC and electronic tools. They instructed us to go half a mile down the road to reset the breaker in a sketchy electricity box even in the pitch black at night. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous, as the road lacked street lights. In order to attempt to use even one hair dryer, we followed their instruction’s and turned off all the lights, AC units and unplugged all other electronics. This was especially inconvenient with a group of girls trying to get ready for any activity we had planned and left us wasting valuable time away from our vacation. I remember the power going out once while I was in the middle of showering and thank God I had my phone nearby to use as a flashlight as I have severe claustrophobia. We also spent a significant amount of money on groceries and the power went out while we were gone for the day (even though we had all the AC units and lights turned off again per their instructions) so we had to throw most of the food away that went bad in the fridge. And while the villa itself looked nice, it was definitely not clean as the floors were dirty and there were cobwebs and dust throughout our bedrooms. Many appliances like the grill were also out of order. Every time we reached out to Faith Concierge and the property owner regarding any of these issues, they kept making up excuses without providing sufficient support or resolutions. Their lack of customer service and accountability were very disappointing. Save your time and work with another concierge agency and stay somewhere more reputable to get your money’s worth.

Outdated villa! Do not stay here! Our safety was comprised and the owner nor Faith Ibiza Concierge did nothing to help us!! This was supposed to be a carefree, relaxing time to celebrate our bestfriend’s one in a lifetime Bachelorette in Ibiza and the amount of issues we encountered with this villa took alot of our time away doing so. There was a total of 9 girls traveling all the way from the US only to be treated like gargabe when Faith Ibiza Concierge guarantees a VIP, luxury experience! There was no hospitality or luxury about our stay whatsoever!

Not one positive to say about our experience with Faith Concierge or the owner of the Can Pep Luis Villa. We spent close to $6,000 for a total of 4 nights to not have A/C, no electricity to even blow dry our hair (we couldn’t even get done up for Ibiza the way we wanted), no lights to see while we did our makeup/hair, cobwebs in my room- proof they did not clean the villa prior to our stay, some of the appliances did not work, and the list goes on.

As soon as we checked into the villa, we started to decorate the villa with all of our Bach Decorations and the electricity went out! We were in complete darkness and we had dinner reservations so we needed to start getting ready soon. We called the owner immediately who instructed to us that we needed to go a half mile down the road to turn back on the electricity! This villa is out in the middle of nowhere and he expects his female guests to walk down some creepy, dirty road?? Thank goodness we had a rental but what what if we didn’t?? This was not the first walk to the electricity box , as we had to do this close to 10 times during our whole stay! Such a inconvenience esp when we needed to meet reservation times! Also, he the told us we could not plug in too many electronics or hair tools at once- only one at one time. LIKE WHAT??? How do you offer a villa rental that can house up to 12 guests but cannot supply enough electricity for 9 people?? Btw I went out multiple nights with wet hair. One hair tool at a time is not feasible for 9 ladies! Absolutely ridiculous!! This villa was such a disappointment and let down. No accountability whatsoever by anyone! Do not consider staying here!

To be honest, if I could, I wouldn’t give this place any stars; however, I’ll begrudgingly award one star solely for the pool, which is the only slightly redeeming feature. The overall condition of the property is incredibly disappointing—it's run-down and covered in a thick layer of dust. Nothing in the accommodations feels modern or well-maintained; I would suggest that anyone considering this spot might as well stay at a recognized hotel where you would receive much better value for your money.

I strongly advise against wasting your time here. One of the bedrooms we stayed in had no air conditioning at all. In an attempt to mitigate the heat, they provided us with two tiny fans that were completely ineffective. As a result, we spent our nights sweltering in discomfort.

To make matters worse, the power kept going off repeatedly during both day and night. On our first night, we experienced such frequent outages that we had to do our hair and makeup in near darkness, which was incredibly frustrating.

Honestly, I could go on and on about how terrible this place is, but I’ll keep it succinct: I do not recommend staying here at all. Save your money and look elsewhere for accommodations.

Instead, we were forced to drive half a mile down the road to reset the breaker every time, even during the night when no one was using electricity. The frequent outages and lack of support highlighted their poor customer service, as they showed no concern for resolving the problem.
