I would really like a refund. I bought the glasses a long time ago, and there was always a problem with the delivery. They kept saying they were on their way, but if they have my number, why don't they call me and tell me they're going to leave them at my house and take a picture? They didn't do anything. They always ask for the tracking number, but they never do anything to help. There's no number to call to get an answer. I placed the order in November, so I don't know what's going on. I would like my money back.

I am obsessed with my contact lenses from Eyefav since they are soft and comfortable, from the few pairs I have I would say medow green 💚 are my favorite, I highly recommend this brand ❤️

I'm so bummed, I bought 21 pairs and some go outward, some pop out and others go up and down. Not to mention some of these colors are very weak looking compared to the photo. 3 of the contacts came stuck on its self.

I have contacted support, it took them time to respond, when they did they just replied that they needed to be switched.

I received a postcard stating that they could need to be switched and to check your purchase for tears.

I explained that all of them are ruined and I want my money back. I haven't heard from them since. Pure waste of my time and energy. Absolutely do not recommend.

Quick delivery. The colours of the contacts were beautiful, fitted well, breathable and easy to apply and remove.

The contact lens last longer than most that I've used and they're all so comfortable and natural looking! I don't find irritation at all and most of the time I don't even feel like I'm wearing one. My favorite contact lens brand so far ❤️

I would leave a lower star if I could ordered over 35 days ago and still no package, pretty sure its a scam if I don't receive a refund or my package ill be reporting to the bbb.
