Worst company ever created. Contacting the couriers about the delivery is useless because they are arrogant and impolite. I filed multiple reports about this company and their customer service, but apparently I just wasted my time.

Absolutely worst package company I have ever worked with.

First of all, I didn't get any notification of the delivery of a package and suddenly I get the message of delivery failed.

Then I scheduled a delivery the next day and it gives a time window of 2 hours in which it will be delivered and this guy does a delivery attempt ONE HOUR before that delivery window.

Of course I was not at home then. Then I have to wait in line for 20 minutes to talk to a customer agent who tells me there is no solution anymore and I have to contact the original sender.

No option to pick up the package in their office, no option to meet the driver, no option for a redelivery, no option to drop it off at a package station.

Absolutely horrendous service, completely unprofessional and unreliable, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Ahogy már oly sokszor megtörtént: az ExpressOne elvesztette a csomagomat, vagy már nem találja a kézbesítést. 14 nap alatt az ExpressOne nem tudott egy kis csomagot Budapestről Debrecenbe szállítani. (amazon csomag) Az ExpressOne Európa legrosszabb kézbesítő cége. Nincs kommunikáció, teljesen megbízhatatlan. Csoda, hogy ez a cég még létezik. Mindig azt javaslom, hogy jogi lépéseket tegyen... de ha a csomag elveszett, nincs mit tenni. Még egy pizza kiszállítását sem bíznám az ExpressOne-ra...

I wish there would be a way to avoid using express one hungary all together, but sadly companies like aliexpress are exclusively shipping with them and really every single time something goes wrong and it is delayed. the question is only by how many days/weeks. First I had usually claims they tried to deliver but could not find the recipient, but nowadays they just perma reschedule the delivery date from day to day without any reason. The packages spend more time with express one than they take from being packed, flown over and going through customs. Also they have pickup boxes, why is there no option to divert the order there instead of waiting for a home delivery. I just hope one day, companies like aliexpress will let us choose which local carrier to use, so we could reward the ones actually doing a great job, and there are some. Express One deserves to go broke, noone needs them.

Its been 10 days since the package was sent. 4 days ago they sent an email, that my package will arrive on that day. Of course nothing happened, and since they promised the package around 7pm, and customer phone (which is unreachable...) is until 4pm i couldnt get any info.

On the packet tracking page they even WARNED ME TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE IN 2 DAYS but never delivered.

Today in the morning I got a message again, that the package will be delivered today.

Just an hour later the tracking shows it STAYED IN THE SORTING FACILITY and no any further info can be obtained. Of course the customer service line is not answering (im holding the phone around 71 minutes by now, kinda annoying the beeping...)

WORST customer service, WORST delivery service, absolutely unreliable company. Try to avoid it at any cost.

(* this is NOT the first problem with them, but recently this is unacceptable.)

Mivel én is úgy jártam ezzel a futárcégnek se nevezhető céggel mint sokan mások Express One, mindenkinek ajánlom a jogi utat - Fogyasztóvédelem epapíron bejelentés- ehhez az elején szükséges legalább pár fotót csinálni a levelezésről, csomagstátuszról, amíg a futár ikon alatt nincs pipa addig a futár nem vette át a depóból kézbesítésre. Ne hagyjátok annyiban, ne hagyjátok magatokat. Tünjenek el az ilyen cégek.

Since I ended up in the exact same situation with this so-called courier company, Express One, just like many others, I highly recommend everyone to take legal action and file an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority via e-Papir. To start, it is necessary to take at least a few screenshots of your messages and the package status. Remember, as long as there is no checkmark under the courier icon, the courier has not even picked up the item from the depot for delivery. Do not drop the matter, and do not let them get away with this. Throw companies like this down the drain!

They don't even try to deliver the package; they just keep rescheduling it for the next day, and they report it to the seller as a failed delivery - as if it was my fault.

A week later, my package still hasn't been delivered, and in response to my complaint, they sent me a patronizing email. I don't know what this company thinks of itself, but I've never seen such an amateurish and unprofessional attitude. They can discuss the rest with consumer protection.

They just continously sending emails the delivery was unsuccesfull. The package was ready to deliver at 18th of July sience then they unable to deliver.
0 customer care. Avoid by all cost if u can unfortunately I could not.

I never, never had a delivery that went smoothly with ExpressOne. They cannot deliver to your home in any way whatsoever, and this is when they don't steal your package or keep it in depot ping-pong. Customer service is beyond useless every time, if that's when you can call them and their phone number doesn't crash.

They don't even try to deliver the parcel, it's in their depo for two weeks. They don't answer the phone.

Ordered a package from Amazon, Express Hungary supposedly delivered it on the 25th of June. Supposedly. What happened was they delivered a package to the first floor (we live on the 2nd), the recipients name didn't match mine, and neither did the address. I tried calling the courier multiple times from 3 different mobiles. He answered the 3rd time, apologised and said he or is colleague will correct the mistake the following day (on Friday). Nothings happened since then, the courier can't be reached (assuming he's blocked our number). You can't reach Express One's customer service, they're either extremely busy and keep you on hold until your call disconnects or straight up suggest the lines are too busy write then an email (hint: they don't reply to that either).

Very dodgy company, they used to be really good, now they're worse than Magyar Posta (Hungarian post). It's very difficult to be worse than Magyar Posta.

Do not recommend them.

Worst company I ever deal with.
They don't deliver to you but rather say your parcel is lost.

Kézbesítési ütemezés frissítve (Delivery schedule updated) - Többször is átütemezik a kiszállítást. Halogatnak. Ez nagyon nem jó!
Express One Rugalmas csomag kézbesítési felület/szolgáltatás: ez nagyon rossz, szörnyen gyenge. Nem lehet előzetesen beállítani csomagpontra történő kiszállítást - csak aznap, miután már "Kiadva futárnak". Előtte is jó lenne; biztosítsák, hogy bármikor, nem csak a kiszállítás napján lehessen csomagpontot választani.
Ráadásul az is nagyon béna, hogy csak a kézbesítési cím közelében lévő csomagpontot lehet választani - emiatt is úgy lenne célszerűbb, ha a kiszállítást megelőző napokon is lehetne csomagpontra történő kézbesítést választani, mely esetben sokkal tágabb körzetben (pl. másik budapesti kerület) is lehetne csomagpontot/automatát választani; hiszen akkor a választásnak megfelelően egy másik futár körbe (másik körzetbe) is be lehetne osztani a csomagot.

paket wurde in den hof geworfen, ich war im urlaub, kein mail, kein tel.

3 napja szórakoznak velem, hogy hozzák a csomagomat... kritikán aluli...
