Avoid this shop if you have an important event!
I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of service and unprofessionalism from Exotic Stores. I placed an order for time-sensitive items needed for a specific event, only for the delivery to be completely ruined and written off by the courier due to poor handling.
What makes it worse is the absolute lack of proactive communication from the store. They didn't bother to notify me or arrange an automatic re-dispatch. Instead, I was left to find out from the courier myself that my items were destroyed and wouldn't be arriving.
Their total silence has caused immense stress and completely disrupted my event preparations. If you are ordering for a specific date or special occasion, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere—their customer service and reliability are non-existent.

I had ordered bhindi in a small qty - out of that many turned out to be stale, cauliflower has already started spoiling (delivered yesterday). Please do not send such bad quality stuff when we are paying for online order.
