Got an email saying "we are required to raise prices by €2 per month"
This is bull. At least be honest and tell us its €24 and not try to hide it by breaking it down into monthly. Just deceptive.
Nobody else is "required" to raise prices and other services are just as good or better than yours. Its clear its a scam.

Then I saw another post where they are now banning accounts if they use too much data. Avoid these guys!

I signed up with Eweka. Within the first year they increased the monthly subscription price twice - a total increase of around 40%. What makes this even more frustrating is that the advertised price for new customers is still the same, while existing customers are paying significantly more.
That kind of pricing strategy feels very misleading and unprofessional. Customers sign up expecting some price stability, not repeated price hikes in such a short time.
In my opinion, this reflects poor business practices and a lack of respect for long-term customers. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I lost my password which i need in combination with my username.
I've been asking them for weeks now and they keep sending me a recovery links for the password for my account. I keep telling them that i don't need a recovery for my account but that i need my password that's being used for my Username...
For some reason they lack the brains to understand what i mean.
I still cannot use my account which i payed for a full year (with the extra bonus)
I've added information for Eweka but i have had many emails correspondence with them explaining the problem and for some reason they still don't understand the issue. Which is "i need my password that's being used in combination with my username". How hard can it be to understand this? Probably to hard for them because they keep sending me a password reset link for my account and not for my username.
You see.... i used my login and password to enter My Eweka, no problem there. Then when i want to use the newsserver..... i need another username (i have that one) but then i need to use a password (and That one i Don't have). And i have requested it Many MAny MANy MANY times......
Can you see the frustration here?
Yet again, today at 27-01-'26, i got a email with a password recovery and again they don't see my point.
For the second time i replied them with again a screenshot which i circled the issue....
These people clearly lack that piece of braincell...

Except for a few exceptions and problems if you have too many connections at once, the service runs smoothly. The retention is also good. That's how the whole thing is fun. Thank you!
