Newsdemon has been a really solid provider for me. Setup was simple, speeds have been strong, and the service has been dependable overall. That’s really what I care about most. I also think the pricing is fair, especially compared to some other options out there. For the value, reliability, and ease of use, I’ve been very happy with it.

Bin jetzt seit etwa 2 Jahren bei NewsDemon, davor war ich bei einem anderen Anbieter und hatte ständig unvollständige Downloads. Seitdem ich gewechselt hab, wie Tag und Nacht ehrlich gesagt. Geschwindigkeit passt, Completion ist top, und die paar Mal wo ich den Support kontaktiert hab, kam ne vernünftige Antwort zurück. Kein kopierter Standardtext oder so.
Ursprünglich bin ich wegen einem Angebot drauf gekommen, der Preis war einfach zu gut. Aber geblieben bin ich wegen dem Service. Mehr gibts eigentlich nicht zu sagen. Läuft einfach so wie mans erwartet und ich hatte keinen Grund, mich nach was anderem umzuschauen.

The support team at NewsDemon really sets them apart from everyone else. Incredibly responsive and helpful.

The Usenet service is great too.

I switched to Newsdemon from a different provider after I was getting a lot of missed articles. The staff at Newsdemon were really helpful in converting my block account to an unlimited account (for only $5!) after I contacted them through their official reddit page.

Speeds are good. Retention is great. The only downside is there isnt a way to recur my payment with crypto like there is with credit cards, so I just paid for multiple years and stacked it in place. They gave me an extra 20% for paying with BTC.

I signed up last Black Friday (2024) and have really enjoyed their service for the last year. This year, there was a better deal available and even though my account had not yet expired from last year, the support guy at newsdemon was able to extend my account for me with zero complaints. I truly appreciate the way you all do business! Keep it up!

Die Geschwindigkeiten sind immer am Limit, die Retention ist riesig, und es funktioniert perfekt mit SABnzbd. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man über NewsDemon auch viele gute deutsche Inhalte findet – viel mehr, als ich erwartet hatte. Der Support antwortet schnell und hilfreich, wenn man mal eine Frage hat. Zuverlässig, schnell und zu einem sehr fairen Preis – für mich der beste Usenet-Provider.

This company is a breath of fresh air in the usenet area after dealing with other companies for so long. No issues with price raising, no issues with playing games with my plans, no issues with maxing out my 1Gbps DSL line, the retention is really solid out to over 5000 days, and their team is easy to deal with. I so wish I had found them before I got cheated out of money from another provider.

This company is fraud! I joined and used them for several years, but then when it came time to cancel, it was impossible. I cancelled 3 different times online and got a screen notice that the account had been closed. Yet for the next 5 months they automatically took out my monthly fee. I contacted my credit card company and they ruled in my favor and recredited the charge 2 different times, yet each month a new charge came on until I finally had to close the credit card. WHAT FRAUD. There are more reputable companies around.

I have tried a lot of providers and Newsdemon has provided more value for me so far than any of the others. I am showing over 98% successful stats according to SAB. Their price was better than everyone else too, so it was a win win.

Absolutely fantastic service with amazing customer service. Very rare that I run into an issue but support answer within minutes and always sort the issue out within minutes as well.

After trying two other providers and having bad luck, I was ready to give up on usenet but then I went to reddit and found Newsdemon. Their owner hangs out on Reddit and is very responsive to answering questions about the service and how usenet works. I signed up on Black Friday and the service has downloaded everything I have searched for so far. I wish I had taken advantage of the ten year special they had on black friday!

Great service at Newsdemon. I have used them for over 15 years now and never had an issue until last week when my credit card on file expired. I messaged support and Brent responded within ten minutes and we were able to get my payment info updated and I was back to downloading.

Newsdemon was easy to purchase and setup. The tutorials were a big help for someone who is new to usenet. I had used their Slickvpn product in the past and after I got an email from Slickvpn with a coupon for Newsdamon I thought I would give it a try. It is amazing what I can find!

Newsdemon is faster for me than other providers are. I like that I can easily move between accounts and can use their vacation pause function to pause billing when I am going to be away for a while. Very easy company to cooperate with.

NewsDemon allows me to find almost everything I am looking for. SAB is showing 98% completion on over 33M articles. The remaining 2% are not found on my backup provider so it must be removed articles.
