Very informative gym app. Always caring about the community <3

I absolutely love the app! I've been using for almost a year now and my favorite programs are the ones with Maddie! We need more and more and more haha!
The app has some glitches sometimes like when I go from one exercise to another, sometimes the video demonstration freezes and some exercises that I know that I logged before it says that are no entrance. I don't know if it's because it was an exercise I did last year, but I know the app itself is getting updated and I am very excited for it. Overall the app is amazing, affordable and it has a true meaning which is raising a beautiful community of strong women. Thanks for making this accessible for everyone and for including all kinds of women including new moms :)

This app changed my life. It made me so much better for my health, my mental, my strength. I'd recommend it to anyone really, empowering in every way <3

Great app? Would I recommend? Of course I recommend it. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this app so far. I love it.

EvolveYou is an absolute game-changer! I've tried numerous workout apps in the past, but none compare to the seamless experience and results I've achieved with EvolveYou. The variety of workouts cater to all fitness levels, and the personalized plans keep me motivated and engaged. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to track my progress and stay accountable. Plus, the integration of nutrition tips and mindfulness exercises sets EvolveYou apart from the rest. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey!

The best and ONLY app you’ll ever need for transformation and consistency! I’ve fallen in love with this app and its trainers ever since I found it. It’s the only time i’ve ever actually been consistent and seen deal results! The trainers are real people and everything is backed!! Also LOVE the booty bands and lifting straps! They’re so cute and durable!!
