Went to trek up Kilimanjaro with Evertrek. It was the most wonderful experience.
From booking to the final day of the trek it was easy and very well organized. You can pay monthly which helps loads, you can add extras and the guides they use overseas are incredible.
Our guides gave us valuable advise and explained everything in detail. We got extra help when we needed it and felt so safe 100% of the time. The hotel was amazing and the staff were fantastic. I have more adventures coming up and Evertrek will be at the top of my list without a doubt. I could go on forever about how brilliant it was but I don't want to bore everyone.

I attended Evertrek’s first training weekend in Snowdonia. A nice alternative to the previous weekends in the Brecon Beacons.
Great location, the Evertrek team were fabulous as usual along with the amazing Mountain Guides. Respect to these experts who took care of me following a minor fall.
A nice addition having the Altitude Centre to provide some very interesting training. A nice group of people to meet up with.

The Snowdonia Training was a fantastic experience. I know some are put off by the £295 price tag but you’re getting so much for your money. Not only do you get a day and a half of beautiful hiking, the guides and yetis share so much knowledge with you, which helps your forthcoming treks no end. We stopped to appreciate a rare bird, be shown a certain rock or plant, understand the local topography, be introduced to different trekking route options, learn about the history of the landscape and the Welsh names. We had professional kit and packing demonstrations from mountain leaders and then understood from the yetis what that meant for us on our Evertrek trips. This time we even met someone from the Altitude Centre to understand the effects high altitude can have on performance. Plus you get to meet like-minded people all with different experiences and trekking stories to share. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I went on the "Ultimate Island Peak and Everest Base Camp Expedition" with Evertrek and it was the best holiday I have ever had! Evertrek was so helpful and accommodating from the moment I was enquiring about the trip, as I had many questions about travelling for Nepal for the first time and on my own. The whole experience in Nepal was incredible. They had a very supportive Nepalese team and the Sherpas (Dakipa and Pemba) and porters were so friendly, helpful, supportive and accommodating. Also, the hotel Evertrek selected in Kathmandu is beatiful and exactly what you need after being hiking/climbing for weeks, it really was the perfect way to finish the trip in Nepal and I can't wait to go back!

Even months after my trip to Nepal, Evertrek continued to provide excellent customer service (thank you Sophie/Dave) as I forgot a souvenir I bought in Namche Bazaar at "Sagarmatha next", and they helped me to get it back all the way to London.

I will definitely travel with Evertrek again soon!

Despite an amazing trip to EBC from the Sherpas, porters and guides, Evertrek let us as a group of travellers down. Poor communication from the start of the trip to not even knowing when the Welcome meeting was, to then meet an uninterested/unenthusiastic Evertrek representative at the hotel and then to be let down/poor communication in an emergency situation as a group is inexcusable! Every member of the group felt completely let down and it finished the trip on a very flat/low mood when we should have been celebrating and on a high 😞 shame on you Evertrek! Better companies out there, will never use again 😞

Excellent from the initial enquiry, through to booking and travelling. Fantastic organisation prior and throughout the trip. Knowledgable and helpful staff in both UK and Nepal. An amazing guide (Raju Tamang) really made our trip - nothing was too much trouble and he guided us through the trek. He was the best and I can't recommend him enough. Evertrek need to clone him for all their trips!
I was aware that there are various company's offering treks to EBC, but I'm sure I made the right decision picking Evertrek as the one we went with.

EverTrek has brought together a very professional and experienced team that is able to deliver a trekking experience that works for both hardened trekkers and also those having other interests (eg, photographers etc...). If like me you have EBC on your bucket list, then just do it with EverTrek while you can.

Did the EBC trek with Evertrek this March (2024) and had such an amazing time. The local staff, guides and porters were really friendly and knowledgable and took great care of us throughout the journey getting all 7 of us in the group to EBC safely. I can’t recommend this trek, and Evertrek enough. It was an experience I’ll never forget and hope will be the first of many treks with Evertrek.

Wow!! I did the EBC trek in March 2024 with EverTrek and it really was an experience of a lifetime.
From the moment I booked with EverTrek I was always able to communicate quickly with them and they guided me through prep and supported me with any nerves pretrip.
As soon as I arrived in Kathmandu everything was taken care of, from being picked up to the airport, making sure we had the right kit, meeting our guides and clearly communicating next steps.
Our guides were absolutely outstanding! Santosh, Subas and Bishnu not only looked after us but were so knowledgeable about the trek but also shared the culture of Nepal.
They made sure all of our group made it to Basecamp safely and our health and wellbeing was the top priority for them.
I cannot recommend this company and Everest Base Camp Trek enough. I felt supported and safe the whole way and it was truly the most amazing experience of my life.
I cant wait to book my next adventure with EverTrek.

What an amazing experience we had throughout the whole journey. From information provided prior to our trip via a trip booklet, updates on the Tuesday Tune In and swift responses to any queries raised by email. Great support in Tanzania, prompt hotel transfer, Zara Tours staff informative at our pre climb briefing and amazing guides, chef, porters etc on the trek. All very knowledgeable, giving us advice on what to wear each day and what to expect, checking our oxygen levels and general health each night. Giving us the best chance of summiting, which all 7 of us did in extreme weather, fantastic one to one support on summit night, spotting as soon as anyone needed additional help. Cannot rate them highly enough, would definitely recommend!

Smyrff the mountain leader was excellent, learnt me a lot of skills and was a great laugh! And Rosie for booking the restaurant which made the process even smoother for us. Thankyou

Great few days on the winter mountain skills course in Scotland, great bunch of lads, The instructor(smyrff) great communicator, very knowledgeable with safety being the number 1 factor in all situations, would recommend this course to anyone to gain experience and confidence in the mountains

Wow, words fail me!! Just got back from the most amazing experience, climbing Kilimanjaro. Every part of the trip was fantastic, Springlands Hotel before and after the trek was great to relax and unwind, the trek itself was magnificent, our group of seven owe everything to the wonderful team behind us. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and understood the mountain so constantly advised us on what to wear, when to eat and drink and relax. We had one on one support on Summit day which enabled all seven of us to summit successfully. The porters setting up camp each day, chef cooking the most amazing and appetising food (as well as 3 birthday cakes!!), our lovely staff waiter all contributed to our success. Thank you to everyone involved in our trip along with all at Evertrek and Zara Tours, would recommend you to absolutely everyone!!

Our EverTrek Winter Skills training in Scotland was truly epic. It took me some time to prepare for it, to find good B2 boots, buy a few pairs of warm gloves, salopettes etc, but it was worth every moment we were in Scotland! The weather, the location, our guides and our team of Evertrekkers - literally everything was brilliant!
Aviemore Youth Hostel we stayed at was immaculately clean and convenient in all aspects. Huge kitchen facilities with multiple fridges, stoves and oven allow to cook and enjoy any meals in the way I do it at home. Showers were not overcrowded at all, very clean with a great hot water pressure. The only issue was that there were only 2 power sockets in our room for 6 people! Please take a multi-socket extension leads if you need to charge multiple devices!
There are plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores in Aviemore village, I especially enjoyed the Aubergine Casserole at Charcoal restaurant for the dinner.
Our Winter Skills training was led by two very experienced mountain guides from Wales - Smyrff and Dewi. We learned how to walk on the snow without crampons first, then how to wear and use crampons and ice axes, how to do the arrest in case of sliding down the mountain. The best thing of this course was that it wasn't just 'tick-the-box' type training, but our guides taught us how to constantly monitor the circumstances around and make a conscious decision based on the changing terrain or weather. We summited Cairngorm on the first day and Cairn Lochan on the second day. Two full days of learning and practicing the skills were extremely interesting and useful, especially in the beautiful winter weather we were truly blessed with.
We also did some navigation practice, which I was really keen to learn.
I can't say enough thanks to EverTrek team for their 24/7 support (Rosie, you're the star, as always!), to our guides, so knowledgeable and fun, and to our all Team - we were real yetis in this white snow desert!

Dear Team

I just wanted to get in touch and share my experience of my trip with you after arriving back home yesterday. I am sure you already heard that we had a 100% success rate of our whole team summiting on Sunday 11th February but what was even more special was that we ALL summited together, which apparently was the very first time this had happened for our chief guide.

This experience had been 10 years in the thinking and nearly two years in the planning and paying and can I say it did not disappoint in any way, I had the adventure of a lifetime. The whole trip was so well organised with access to ask as many questions before I went, the Tuesday tune ins and the information sent to me helped me prepare well, there was even more I could access but I took what I needed.

On the trip, the porters and guides truly surpassed my expectations and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really looked after us and when we tried to help, for example, packing up the chairs after second breakfast they were quick to take over. Silvano was our chief guide and Sieed the assistant. Silvano was at all times the upmost professional, he led and managed his 26 strong team brilliantly and when we invited the whole team back to the hotel to celebrate with us, (also a first for the team) he allowed this to happen but knew exactly when to draw the line on it. Silvano oozed leadership and gave us lots of confidence, many of the guides and porters became a part of our group, we sang and danced together, showed each other pictures of our families and would chat through the hikes and with lots of hand gestures and some help from those who spoke good English I chatted with them all.

The food and drink blew us away, the amount and the quality of food with the team understanding my vegetarian needs. Second breakfasts were the envy of other trekkers who we got chatting to who did not use Evertrek, don't worry, we passed on your details. The camp sites were always made as cosy as possible and the team went above and beyond with the mess tent to be welcoming with the table laid for meals including tablecloths and flowers, something none of us expected and the additional surprise of two chemical toilets for our team of 9 meant we got as much comfort as possible out there.

The team I was in truly bonded, with 7 men, me and one other lady, all with different levels of experience quickly formed a strong bond to be 'one team' as promoted by Silvarno. In our down times we would play dice or cards, sharing games we play with our families. The bond strengthened through the trip and we were so determined to do our very best to summit together, which we did achieve. I feel I have new friends forever now and we have already discussed a reunion for some trekking in the Breckon Beacons in Wales next year.

So all in all, as I return to work today I am struggling to focus as my mind is still on the mountain and I just want to share it with EVERYONE. - thank you Evertrek for an amazing adventure.

Killimanjaro is a once in a lifetime opportunity and Evertrek allowed me to summit providing the best advice and guides making the experience better than I ever hoped.

Evertrek host live Tuesday Tune ins which educated me to have the kit I needed and I’m pleased to say I was never cold on the mountain.
Evertrek gave great support by replying to emails via video they were so much more personable.
I didn’t make it to Tanzania when I’d booked my trip due to delays in Amsterdam Airport, Evertrek were so supportive booking me on the next available trip with ease.
When I arrived in Tanzania the transfers were easy and the staff at the hotel couldn’t do more for you.
The other hikers on my Trek were the best company and I’ve made incredible friendships.
The guides and porters totally exceeded any expectations. We were always top priority and they looked after us so well! With out them the challenge wouldn’t be easily achievable.

My whole experience was 10/10 apart from altitude sickness but that’s out of everyone’s control!

Evertrek put on a great weekend and the guides were exceptional. We'll put together and we'll worth the money.
