I’ve recently came back from Morocco on the Toubkal Weekender and had a great time. We were well fed with beautiful meals both at the lodges and at basecamp. Our 2 guides, Mohammed (A+B) were brilliant, had time and patience for all of us. There could have been better communication about the difficulty of the summit day as our group were trekking for 13hrs (5hrs after a challenging 8hr summit and descent). Having said that everything was done by our fabulous guides to support in this (a guide taking one member back down instead of summiting, a mule down for another member after injury on the final bit of the trek and arranging for the transport to pick us up from the highest point possible saving us potentially another hour walk).

Every effort was made to ensure the trip ran smoothly for every member. My transfers to the airport were arranged for me even after staying on in Marrakesh for an extra two days. They ensured I didn't need to change rooms after the lady I shared with departed to go home. All of these small details make such a difference when travelling as a solo traveller - thank you so much.

Well organised to Mt Toubkal with 2 great guides, we were fed well and looked after and was a great group..had an amazing time! Have used Evertrek 4 times and each trip as always been well organised and our safety prioritised , would highly recommend!

I have just come off the Toblka Trekk it was an amazing experience from the start to the end, the group we had was amazing and the two Muhammad's whom were our guides were fantastic and without them we could not have made it the organisation from the start at the airport to the end was excellent which made this a great experience

EverTrek’s customer service is truly phenomenal. From start to finish, the team were always on hand to provide support, and they did so with genuine enthusiasm and care. This level of customer care was also demonstrated by the local Tanzanian Zara team...

When I arrived in Tanzania, I was blown away by the support provided by the local Zara team, Lead Guide Yese, along with Dori, Julius, Jackson, Esther, Thomas, William and the wider porter team. The experience they delivered was absolutely out of this world. They went above and beyond to ensure the whole group had a safe, enjoyable and unforgettable expedition.

The team anticipated our every need and made sure we were well nourished throughout the trek, with varied meals suitable for everyone, including an impressive range of vegan options. Yese’s knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the mountains and Tanzania were infectious, and his positive attitude and strong mindset were incredibly inspiring.

I have already recommended EverTrek, Yese and his team to friends and family since returning home, and I will continue to do so. I have been on many hikes before, but nothing compares to the guidance, care and support provided by Yese and his team. From having hot water to wash each day, our tents prepared for us, toilet facilities available, and beautiful evening lullabies we were really spoilt! The team genuinely care about the people they are guiding up the mountain, they did their upmost to ensure every moment was special and I feel so grateful to have reached the summit with them.

I’m still in awe of Esther’s energy and her ability to sing and dance at the summit!

WARNING If You're thinking of using Evertrek for a trek to Machu Picchu , don’t , ours was a nightmare and Evertrek proved they didn’t care about customer service. Don’t believe their hype, poor company who are just interested in getting your money, there are much better companies out there who will take care of you when things go wrong.
On fitness, So how did they allow two people who hadn't done any training on our Tomacaya Machu Picchu trip? (Especially as very unfit lady (who couldn’t climb 3 steps without help) had been on an Evertrek training weekend with Andy/Dave and told her she was ok when most of trip cancelled because of bad weather?) They were carried on horses for the whole trip (which guides said happens often) which left rest of the group with only 1 guide and long waits in the cold for them to catch up) This was dangerous for the rest of the group as only 1 guide instead of 2 with us on high mountain passes in difficult visibility.
We did the Tomacaya route, awful trip, not what we signed up to as it’s just Inca trail with just 2 days walking off grid at the start and lots of day trips, Dave admitted Tomacaya is poorly put togetherl. They couldn't cope with issues as they use different freelance guides on trip, the biggest issue was not having a CEO/guide with you for whole trip. We've since been trekking with G Adventures to Everest Basecamp, a proper adventure company who have a CEO with you 24/7 and can cope with any issues/have a great support team.. Evertrek HQ didn't get back to our group when we had issues/questions on holiday.
We only had 1 ½ hours at Machu Picchu as the guide forced us to leave, which was incredibly disappointing , we also had to insist to see the sunrise at MP, as we pointed out it was a big part of Evertrek selling the trip to see the sunrise and they didn’t want to get up early.
One lady urinated on the group chairs repeatedly during lunch/dinner and at entrance to other peoples tents, because she couldn’t be bothered to walk to the toilet, but nothing was done about it. She ssaulted one person again nothing done about it. It really was a shambles. The guides dropped us off at restaurants for the meals included with the trip, but didn’t stay, so we were often charged for drinks/food which were supposed to be included and had to argue to get them taken off. With G Adventures , guide is with you 24/7.
I emailed to complain about the issues on the trip and got a bland response saying they would consider ways to improve it. So I chased and spoke at length to Andy and Dave (who are nice guys, but both said they’d ring back and then didn't, so had to chase again)I suggested ways to improve the trip , they agreed with lots of the issues/fixes, but said there wasn’t anything they could do for future trips as having a CEO with the group for the whole trip was too expensive (even though Evertrek charge more than twice price of similar G adventures treks who have a CEO there with you 24/7) Evertrek don’t really care about their clients, so beware runner up prize email, it goes to everyone. They spend time bragging (and encouraging people to vote for them ) "we won best adventure travel company" (but it’s actually small trekking company award) , but maybe they should spend more time looking after their clients? I also attended two couch to EBC and Machu Picchu sessions advertised with Andy and Dave, the first one, Dave wasn’t there, eventually Andy admitted he’d decided to go for a haircut instead, the second he didn’t turn up either, very poor. I also told them don’t sell Tomacaya route as completely off grid trip when it’s not. When we booked 3 years before it much more off grid, guides said it used to be off grid, but too many unfit people couldn’t cope (because guides are freelance they won’t drop people who can’t cope as don’t want to be fired by Evertrek) , when we and others who’d booked earlier asked why trip had changed so much from off-grid to inca trail plus 2 days off grid ,they said it hadn’t , so we produced original itinerary from their website, they said they didn’t recognise it! The guides were told on trip that this was their last tour for Evertrek which wasn’t great for their morale or inclination to get up early for sunrise at MP. It’s when things go wrong that you find out about a companies customer service, beware Evertrek .Look at the bad reviews, people stuck and left to organise their own helicopters when no flights home at Lukla , when we went with G adventures, CEO instantly organised helicopter to get us home, such a difference. I wouldn't trust Evertrek in an emergency/issue sadly.

Great UK and Peru team Comms and support

EverTrek created an amazing and life changing experience for me! Machu Picchu, Rainbow MT, and the Amazon - incredible. The EverTrek team provided a great plan for acclimatization, and wonderful in country tour guides to help each of us achieve our goals. Great lodging, meals, guides, and wonderful beauty on the trails.

Everything was well planned and executed; hotels were decent quality. Guides and Sherpas were friendly and helpful. All food was tasty and good quality even on the camps and the packed lunches. What a fabulous experience.

Excellent guides, well-organised adventure. Will highly recommend EverTrek, I can only speak for Base Camp for now.

Andy and Viktor were the best guides. That definitely stood out for me. They were just amazing. So knowledgeable, fun, and really did want us to have the best experience.
The food on the trek was better than the hotels. It was so delicious. I was never hungry, and was not what I was expecting up in the andes.
The horseman I loved. They were so proud, dressed so smart and really looked after the horses. The tents were in excellent condition and the bowls of hot water were a little unexpected luxury - feet never felt so spoiled soaking them at the end of the day.
Felt we got to do everything: the hike, the train, the towns, the sun gate. Oh my gosh! walking through the sun gate to see Machu Picchu was life changing. I normally stay off grid for treks but this was so special I tried to get signal and was lucky. Managed to face time my parents, so they could see it too as they probably never will. And that made it even more special. Then wandering down and in, but getting to go again the next day for the tour! not many can say they get to go to a wonder of the world twice. Just phenomenal.
Then rainbow mountain after, breathtakingly beautiful and such a pleasant hike. And then a trip to Lake Titicaca and staying with family, dancing with the people who live on the islands, was an experience I will never forget. I felt very lucky, and privileged to be a part of their life for a short time.
Thank you Evertrek for an amazing adventure. I have fallen in love with Peru, their people and its scenery.

Exceeded my expectations! Professional and knowledgeable guides, excellent food provision and exceptional care towards clients/hikers. Would highly recommend using Evertrek, slightly more expensive than other companies but you definitely get what you pay for.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a two-week experience trekking to Everest Base Camp with EverTrek. Every aspect of the adventure was planned to perfection, with the best guides ever - who gets to meditate at 4000 and 5000m, sing and celebrate your climb and descent!

The advantage of using EverTrek, is if a problem arises - fog bound at Lukla airport - they sort everything out, even fast tracking our group to the heli pad!

Genuinely superb service all round. Highly recommended.

The package provided exceeded all expectations and we had an amazing trip that we can't stop telling everyone about. Memories have been made that will last a lifetime, we've made some great friends along the way and we've discovered a love for Nepal that I'm sure will mean this visit will not be our last.

From the moment we booked the trek, communication has been good. I never felt overloaded with information but always knew that help was available if needed. We shared a few email exchanges with Ben who sorted out sleeping bag hire and confirmed the name of the hotel we'd be staying at in Kathmandu which obviously, once we saw it, got us very excited.

During our travel to Kathmandu our flight schedule was delayed. We contacted Anuj and without hassle our collection from the airport was rearranged which was comforting to know after a long time travelling. Being welcomed at the airport with flower necklaces was fun and really lifted us after spending such a long time on planes and in airports.

The tour of Kathmandu on our second day was a nice touch. We'd already planned on making our own way to see a lot of these places so to have an organised tour included in our package was a bonus. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The tour was perfect for getting a better understanding of the city, the culture and the people of Nepal.

The trek itself was phenomenal. It was so well organised. Ngima was great at navigating the chaos of the airports and inspired a lot of confidence on that first day. The professionalism and friendly nature of the Sherpas in our group made the whole thing feel relaxed and it felt like we were trekking with people we'd known for years. The tea houses chosen by Evertrek were as good as they could be. For me, so long as that were clean and served good food, I was happy. All of our accommodation ticked these boxes. The Bodhi tea house in Namche was a favourite!

The trek to EBC was one of multiple celebrations. Clare and I got engaged at EBC, it was my birthday during the trek and another in our group also had a birthday. The whole group got involved in the celebrations and it was nice that the Sherpas seemed genuinely happy to be part of it. Evertrek went the extra mile with the birthday celebrations as when we returned to Kathmandu Sandip had arranged for a cake to be delivered to my room and an additional meal with the group was organised in Kathmandu which also came with more cake and celebrations. The extra effort was really appreciated and it felt like we were celebrating with friends.

Overall Clare and I had an amazing experience which couldn't have happened without the hard work and dedication of our guides Ngima, Pemba, Bhakta, and Papa Sherpa. We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us to EBC! We made the right choice in choosing Evertrek and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Everest Base Camp & Kala Patthar via Gokyo Valley & Chola Pass.
The guides, Nir Kumar (N.K.) & Ashish, were excellent and truly exceptional in supporting us on our trek. They made excellent weather & timing based decisions which improved our experience of the trek tremendously. They were also able to give each individual on the trek the kind of support they most needed exactly when they needed it. Their experience made the trek feel very safe and at the same time, still a real adventure. They were very positive and a good balance of responsible & fun. Without their belief in me and their patience, I don’t think I’d have made it to all of the incredible heights that I made it to. I had my 62nd birthday on the trek and the guides kindly organised a tasty cake. The views were obviously incredibly special but without some timing adjustments from our guides we would not have got the outstanding views on every peak & pass that we did. Putra & San Kumar our wonderful strongmen who carried our bags, never let us down and were always super approachable & friendly. I would love to have shared more meals with them all. It was as I’d hoped one of the best experiences of my life, helped by having a small group of genuinely lovely people on the trek alongside great guides & porters. It was a blast and I felt very blessed. Thank you EverTrek & everyone! 🙏🇳🇵

A well planned and guided route that gave us the chance to trek to Machu Picchu whilst seeing hardly any other tourists. We got to experience the beauty of the Andes; our guides Viktor and Andy were superb and very knowledgeable.
This is my 3rd trip with Evertrek and definitely not my last! Thank you!

From the second I paid my deposit until the second I left Kathmandu everyone associated with Evertrek made my journey to Everest base camp and beyond the most amazing experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking part in.
Every single detail was taken into careful consideration and executed with both professionalism and traditional family values.
I couldn’t have wished for more, I think it would be impossible to provide more than Evertrek did and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!
