Our cabin was extremely cold we went at the start of may so it was not hot. We all came back with chest infections because the weather wasn’t great and the cabin was cold. The onsite food was terrible... Vis mer

Customer service when you are booking…
Customer service when you are booking with Eurocamp is always very good when you are on the holiday the reps aren't always available to help if there is a problem. I will say that i found it hard this when i was ringing to get talking to an agent but they always phoned back.

Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use. Total price is calculated & then a nice little unexpected discount was applied at the end. Very straightforward booking system. I used to use another company but had a really bad experience with the on a campsite so I switched to eurocamp a few years ago & I can’t fault them.

Negligent unprofessional campsite
We booked through Eurocamp and stayed at Camping Le Ruisseau in Bidart. During our stay the campsite’s maintenance team damaged our rental car and accepted responsibility in writing. Nearly three years later the issue is still unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact the campsite. We feel completely let down and extremely disappointed. How can a business operate in such a negligent unprofessional way.

We've fully paid for our accommodation…
We've fully paid for our accommodation a few weeks ago, only to be advised yesterday that it's no longer available? How can you sell accommodation that doesn't exist??? Poor experience before we even get there. We received a small refund, but it doesn't help our disappointment.
