Our cabin was extremely cold we went at the start of may so it was not hot. We all came back with chest infections because the weather wasn’t great and the cabin was cold. The onsite food was terrible... Vis mer

Very efficient booking and payment
Very efficient booking and payment. The campsite was lovely, the cabin was clean but pretty cramped for a 'bigger' one!

Great prices
Great prices. Very detailed, loads of info available ahead of booking.
Hoewever , maybe its a bug, every time i click to view the details/pics on one of the camps, and then i press back 1 step, i am re dirrected to the maine page of the site. It can be a bit annoying if you have filters on etc. You need to start all over again , put the filters back on etc

The website was informative, and had many options. I won't give 5 stars because every time I had to go back or forward, my search settings would be reset and I had to set them up again. No big deal, though.

Tourist tax at source.
Have used Eurocamp for last 3 holidays, very good to deal with.
This year I paid in full but received an additional bill a few months later.
When I queried this it turned out to be the tourist tax.
I just feel this should have been explained.

Regarding your point about the tourist tax, we have actually recently updated our process to incorporate these costs back into the total holiday price at the time of booking. This change was designed specifically to save our customers making this payment on arrival and is not an additional charge.
We did send an email to all our customers to announce this update, and we are very sorry if this communication was missed in your case. We appreciate you highlighting this, as it helps us ensure our pricing remains as transparent as possible for everyone.
