Brush ordered 10 days ago, no sign of it coming and no word from the company 😒

I owned a Phillips Sonicare for years with no issue but it was misplaced during travel. I decided to get something that looked more chic. The rose gold color got me. I was pleased with the toothbrush while it was working. After changing the head recently, it stopped vibrating. I put it on the charger and tried again and it was only slightly vibrating. Highly disappointed that the product didn’t last. Will stick to Phillips or Oral B. The whitening pen seemed dried up and not usable when I received the product so I never used the whitening items.

I recently purchased the Sonic Pro toothbrush. Despite issues with the toothbrush not holding charge, my 5 stars are given for the after care services. Ornaith was very supportive, we tried troubling shooting and when that didn't work they sent a replacement, no questions asked. Very refreshing to receive such great customer service.

Was gifted the electric toothbrush. Loved it. Whilst changing the brush head I'm not sure what happened but the brush never vibrated properly. I emailed the company to explain, I received a reply within hours and was asked to send a short video of the brush and tried the troubleshooting tips given to me via email. Fiona was extremely helpful in this regard. Once I had details of the purchase, a brand new brush was sent out and received in 2 days. Amazing customer service & after sales service.

Overall brush was good but deliver almost the same quality as other £20/30 brushes. Battery gone dead after few months of use.

It is easily one of the best electric brushes I have used, delivering very good performance. Design and functionality is well thought of. However, the quality of the product itself is not up to point. I purchased mine in Nov23 and the brush broke down in Feb24. Despite full charge, it wouldn’t turn on. Sometimes, erratically turns on and off. I have read similar complaints elsewhere. Contacted customer care who arranged a replacement. Three weeks later, I still had not received the product. So I got frustrated and requested a refund altogether. It’s a real shame for a brand that could become the market leader but without a robust product they won’t be able to convince people to move over from OralB and Philips.

Myself and my family all have the electric toothbrush. My son uses all the whitening products.
The products are five stars and i would definitely recommend to a friend .
I had a slight problem with a delivery lately I would like to give special thanks to Fiona . After dealing with someone else who I found beyond difficult, Fiona sorted it all out fairly in minutes .

The strips made no perceptible difference, I'm afraid!

I recently bought a sonic toothbrush and was really impressed with quick delivery and packaging. I had a problem with charging the toothbrush and got in contact with customer support. Fiona was extremely helpful and when the problem wasn’t resolved sent me out a new toothbrush with no hesitation. The customer service is second to none. My emails were answered promptly and Fiona went above and beyond. It is the best company I have dealt with.

Overall it is a good product considering that Hydrogen Peroxide is generally banned in most European countries, the legislation is saying products using over 6% Hydrogen Peroxide are illegal. although in Spotlight Oral we don't know the percentage we can only guess is probably much less than 6% (probably 0.1%) . But anyway, as I said I appreciate the innovative product, what I don't understand is why the formulation has changed recently. I actually preferred the old version (thick paste with no blue specks/ particles). The new formulation is much thinner and has blue particles (usually these particles are polyethylene/ plastic derivatives). Is this the case? Also, it would be nice to consider a fluoride-free formula, as more and more users are looking to eliminate this compound from their daily usage.

I bought the sonic brush and whitening pen and received my free gift and I’m so happy with my purchase. Packaging is stunning. Felt like a treat opening the boxes.
The toothbrush in rose gold looks and feels really high quality. Comes with three heads, head covers, fab travel box and concise usb charger.
Three power settings and brush is on a timer for each section of mouth.
The brushing experience is another level and with normal toothpaste my teeth were instantly whiter just after brushing on the whiten setting.
I haven’t used the whiten pen yet. The gift I won’t spoil for you guys but it’s a real gift! Full of gorgeous full-size products and packaging is fab. Let’s just say every product in the box is high end, expensive and everything is something you’d want and use. I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Bravo

Got the water flosser it’s totally useless only sprays for a few seconds until the water is gone

I got a toothbrush as a present not so long ago but the metal bit started to loosen and it wouldn’t go tighter causing the toothbrush not to work properly. I got onto customer service and explained and sent a video and they gave me recommendations but didn’t work and told me to get back to them if there was no change. I was dealing with Jacqui who couldn’t have been more helpful and was so quick with responses and there is now a new replacement coming in the post. Jacqui was so helpful and efficient providing quick and excellent customer service. Thank you Jacqui!

L'achat s'est bien déroulé et la commande livrée rapidement. Cependant, il n'est pas précisé sur le site que le chargeur de la brosse à dent électrique n'est pas compatible avec les prises françaises...Je ne l'aurais pas acheté sachant cela. Le site commerçant propose un portail EU donc il aurait été judicieux de proposer un adaptateur pour ces pays destinataires.

I had an issue with my Spotlight Flosser. I contacted the company and had another one mailed to me so quickly. I was very impressed with this level of customer service and care.

I love all of the spotlight oral care products and have been using the toothbrush, toothpaste, whitening strios and whitening pen.
I recently purchased the LED teeth whitening kit. I've used it about twice and unfortunately the blue light keeps flashing and it won't turn on. The button doesn't even click. I can't seem to find any trouble shooting advice on the website. Just wondering what it might be. I've charged it to see if that makes a difference but it's still just flashing.

Would not purchase the whitening toothpaste again. Expensive toothpaste and saw no difference in whitening teeth. My sister also purchased this and thought it was useless also. Don't waste your money.

First of all I just want to say I love the spotlight sonic toothbrush. It cleans my teeth so well. Couldn't be with out it now.
Secondly I just want to say that their customer service is fantastic. I was dealing with Fiona and she dealt with my issue so amazingly. She got back to me super fast and she was so professional and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would 👌
