Delivery service was great with text to let me know it was on its way and a call from the driver when the postcode led him astray! Pleasant, polite and fast service.

Brilliant service
Ordering on Essex timber’s website was very straightforward, payment was made very easy, when I called them to confirm delivery time they were very helpful and fulfilled my request to be one of the first drops of the day (I was very pleased). Delivery was almost exactly when they said it would be, AAAND!… my note to let them know that their large lorry would not be able to access the address was also taken into consideration as they delivered my material on their smaller truck. All in all, a delightful, smooth and stress free process.

They advertise the weatherboard as…
They advertise the weatherboard as 175mm by 32mm but it comes up at 20mm which is a liberty in my book,it’s false advertising and misleading and it’s not cheap 13 lengths over £160 and what I got was flimsy featheredge which wasn’t worth anything near the price they charge.the staff member I spoke to was friendly enough but it’s really annoying as I planned my schedule around this delivery to be let down badly
