Sam is the best professional we've ever used. He installed our new boiler 7 years ago after completely overhauling our heating system and now he feels like one of the family. Annual servicing and any other plumbing/heating problem we call on Sam. Excellent, expert service every time. I keep quiet about how brilliant he is coz I don't want everyone else stealing him.

Sam has tackled two persistent and seemingly intractable problems with my outdated drainage system and found a solution, saving me from having to take up all the floors and replumb. His painstaking analysis and persistence inspire the highest confidence and his prices are very reasonable.

Essential heating attended my flat at very short notice to sort out a leak. Sam managed to fix the leak and correct the alignment of a number of other pieces of pipework to prevent the problem from recurring.

Found Sam to be clear on what needed to be done and why, his work has been excellent and 12 months on there hasn't been so much as a drop of water leaking. I will use Essential heating for all my heating and plumbing needs moving forward - would highly recommend.

Essential Heating were the only company to respond when I searched for someone to repair my leaking boiler in the run up to Christmas. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, serviced the boiler and bled the radiators, all for the price originally quoted. They were friendly and explained what they were doing and why, and gave advice.
