The installation was done efficiently, with attention to detail, and they ensured everything was working correctly before leaving. They also cleaned up after the job, leaving no mess behind. Communication was clear throughout, and I appreciated the care taken to explain how to operate and maintain the appliance. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free experience — I’d confidently recommend KONI for plumbing appliance installations.
