From booking through to tidying away, excellent

Following a recommendation from a colleague I called Essential Heating.

Steve took the booking, fitting us in, in a timely manner, checking our availability and requirements as well as knowing the team availability on the spot gave us a feeling of being in safe hands.

James arrived, introduced himself and checked if where he had parked was ok…shoes on or shoes off checked. Showed him where the boiler is and left him to it.

The boiler was checked, cleaned (and any areas used to help clean were cleaned!)

All documentation checked, signed and to be honest…faultless.

Sam has been my go-to boiler guy for the past ten years or so, and has expertly handled jobs ranging from a service to a complete new boiler installation in my old flat. This week he fixed my ancient Vokera boiler after it shut down with a blocked pipe. 100% recommended.

Sam is fantastic, kind hearted, open, helpful, highly trusted and most of all great at solving all problems plumbing and heating related with a smile.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. They responded to my query within 24 hours and a lovely gentleman named Samson visited our house the next day. Our boiler was damaged and we had to act quickly before it stopped working. We immediately liked Samson from the moment he entered the house and he answered our questions very effectively. I must also praise the engineer named Josh who installed the boiler his hard work and pleasant personality have not gone unnoticed my family were very pleased to have him work on the boiler. He went above and beyond to ensure everything is working.

Boiler had a slight leak and was in need of a service. Sam identified the issue and solution quickly, explaining the process clearly and and sourced and fitted the replacement parts swiftly. Even managed to help us get hold of our guarantee that the previous owner hadn't shared when we bought the house.
