Not many companies do height adjustable…
Not many companies do height adjustable mobility walking aids with seats. Im only 4ft 10. So the standard seat height was too high. Great service and value for money. Thank you.

Sturdy item

Not fit for purpose and terrible customer service
My wife purchased a threshold ramp. According to their website this is suitable for mobilty scooters.
It arrived with a few days, and promptly fitted over our door threshold.
Upon trying my wife's scooter on the ramp, the scooter came to an abrupt stop on the ramp as the bottom of the scooter was catching on the ramp.
We contacted them direct to explain the situation, and they wanted photos.
We sent 4 photo showing the ramp fitted in place and the scratch on the ramp.
This ramp is simply not fit for purpose and now the ramp has a scratch the company is rejecting any refund ?
It is scratched as we needed to try to use the ramp, otherwise how would we ever know it's not suitable ?
Customer service is terrible, they have received our money, sold and item not fit for purpose even though there website says it will work, and now refuse and refund.
BEWARE !!!

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry to hear this. Please supply your order number and we'll gladly investigate further. We sell threshold ramps in high volumes without any problems, so we'll look into the detail.
Regarding returning items, they do need to be sent back in perfect condition, which seems like a reasonable stipulation.

Quick delivery and good quality product. This step was really good as it was much bigger than other steps we had tried and the adjustable feet made it possible to compensate for the slight slope outside our porch.
