Good looking walking sticks.
I am very happy with my walking sticks.. They are smart and dependable. The flexifeet are a revelation. They are so much better and do not slip, however, I’ve yet to use them in the wet or ice. Also, I don’t yet know how well they wear.
I also purchased faux leather wrist handles which are very smart, again I don't yet know how well they will wear.
One thing I do need to address is the carrier DHL. The box arrived battered and torn.

Delivery person totally ignored…
Delivery person totally ignored delivery instructions posted on door, I am disabled, parcel left on doorstep, it remained there until someone called later in the day, thankfully it was not raining

We're sorry to hear this, Mrs Beckett. We'll feed this back to Parcelforce but as you'll understand, we don't have fine-grain control over the decisions of the individual person actually making the delivery.
Looking at the records, I see you placed your order 9 March and it was delivered less than 48 hours later on the 11th.

Comfort items for medical recovery at home.
Items delivered quickly and were simple and easy to put together. Didn't have to spend a fortune for not-totally-essential, but 'nice to have' aids for a comfortable surgical recovery at home.

The courier tried to deliver to the wrong address. Tried to contact the courier number of times without success
I contacted Essential Aids. The gentleman there was so helpful and he contacted the courier for me. It was delivered on time the following day. 3 stars for the courier. 5 stars for Essential Aids
