It came in two different shipments
It came in two different shipments. That was ok , I let the mattresses puff out to normal size while I waited for frame. Very easy to put together. Sleeps great. Nice and comfortable. No pressure points.

The shipping was quick

The shipping company damaged one bed…
The shipping company damaged one bed frame but eShine got a replacement shipped immediately which resulted in as pleasant an experience as possible. FedEx is the one I was not real happy with when I witnessed how the driver plopped the second package down on my porch with me standing there. Not sure how that one was not damaged but it was good. Very nice features and great to sleep on. Very happy!

The product itself is 5 star
The product itself is 5 star. The mattress is very comfortable, controls work easily on remote, even better on the app. The motor is very quiet. Its so nice to put on a light before you enter the room with the app. The bed unit is quality plus. I wish the box the bed came in would indicate the side and direction you should open the box. By that I mean an arrow on the box would show you the direction of the foot of the bed. For now it does not. You might end up either turning the heavy unit over again or putting it back inside the box and then turning it again. You will need at least 2 people to put this together because of the weight. It was worth it.
