Mark pitched up and was knowledgeable and friendly and guided us through our project. We had COVID related set backs and issues but they always tried to make up. Communication was sketchy except for when a payment was due, a 21:30 call on a Sunday night for money still irks me. The end result is lovely and the crew are skilled renders and the price was market competitive.

Very good job of roughcasting back wall of house. All work done over a period of 2 days from start to finish. Would certainly consider using them again with regard to carrying out any similar work in the future.

Slowly repairing and making water tight our garage and really wasn’t sure about the next step. Came across Elitrenovations on Facebook. Due to Covid restrictions most of the contact was done by email and pictures.
Wish I’d come across them sooner!
Natalie was great, understood exactly what I was looking for, explained the process ( due to restrictions ), followed it all up with clear emails and advised clearly about the price, colour any queries I had.
The guys arrived as agreed, were prompt, did an amazing job and left the surrounding area pristine.
Would certainly recommend for the great standard of job completed, the price and the advice.
Would certainly go to first if another job is required

Had some work done recently by Elite Renovations Group, they were a very good company to work with and supported me through the full process!

The boys did a fantastic job and were very pleasant in the two days they were here and also completed a total clean up when job was done.

I was told by the owner that I didn’t need to pay until the job was done and I was totally satisfied. When I went to see when they can book me in for the job I was told they want 25% upfront and would be about 3month wait.
When queried it she advised I would be better with a one man band .
What a terrible customer service that was avoid, unless you are ok with getting insulted
After I wrote this review, the manager called me instead of listening to what I had to say, he interrupted me mid flow, telling me I was wrong. I hung up the phone. I am not going to get harassed by this man.
Just for the record I contacted them 3 times over a 4 month period and was told the person I was contacting had left. That’s why it took so long to get an answer from them

More great work done by Elite renovations. Full house roughcasted this time and a great job left!

I would just like to leave a review for elite renovations management and tradesman, I just recently had my house Roughcasted from this company and went to express how good a service from start to finish the job went, from communication to the final job being complete, the job was done within the agreed timescales, the tradesman turned up when they said they would, all the staff I spoke to from management to the workers were polite, and once the job was complete everything was left nice clean and tidy, the roughcast looks amazing too, feel like I’ve just bought a new house, I would highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for any render or roughcast. Steven from edinburgh, I’m sure Youl remember me, I gave youre workers a cofee with out of date milk, I made up for it with some nice jam scones lol...hope everyone at ERG is well :)

Had some work done recently from the team after receiving a few different quotes, felt that there was good communication all the way through and they provided the best price by far. Over the moon with the end result and would highly recommend!
