Had work carried out with ERG and over the moon, professional throughtout the whole process. Quality is guaranteed and the clean up afterwards was top class, wouldnt have known the job was carried out. Highly recommend.

Great experience with ERG! The guys were always on time if not early and kept me informed of progress throughout the day.
Any other information I required was given to me by Natalie at head office. Very polite and concise.

Elite Renovations provided a great service from start to finish. The team kept us updated throughout the process making it easy for us. The guys did an amazing job of the external roughcast.

This company did a rough casting job for me last September. They haven’t completed the job (despite being paid in full). I have contacted them several times (most recent being April) to ask if someone will come out to finish the work and was told every time, “someone will be out this week” but still nothing. I’ve given up on them now. I would not recommend this company.

Overall the workmanship was very good and the workmen were polite and helpful. Now the house is looking first class and we are very happy with the end result. On the Thursday afternoon the tidy up at the end was very rushed due to the lack of time and the painting of the window sills was difficult due to the rough casting and the taking down of the scaffolding. On the Saturday Marek came back and did an excellent job in rectifying these matters.

The workers did a fabulous job, hard working and friendly. The management on the other hand could do with upgrading their communication skills with their workers as several times I had to phone the office when some jobs were not done and the workers were unaware of elements to be carried out. Phone message and texts were ignored by Marc and we felt we were constantly chasing up info on next steps of the job.
Also, the tidy up was not carried out at the end after the scaffold was removed and we were told that would not happen till the following day. We had to clean up the outside ourselves as the whole place was a mess with stones and bits of rubbish. We could not wait 24 hours to remove rubbish from front of house.

This company was very quick to help when i had a leak coming in from the side of my house squeezed me in so i didn't have the problem over Christmas. The guys are very clean even with it being a messy job, also very quick to help. I had alot of quotes these guys was the cheapest but i think paying a little more was definitely a good idea.

8 months down the line and having problems trying to get them to rectify a fault with the job, customer service is very poor.

What a fantastic service we got from Natalie, Marc and her very hardworking, friendly and helpful workforce. We had a tricky, very extensive, roughcasting job to get done and they met the challenge with super teamwork. When asked if they could adjust/fix something they were only too happy to oblige. This is a company who definitely puts the customer first and couldn't be more helpful than what they were. They were very reasonably priced and Natalie was an excellent coordinator of her workforce. I would recommend to anyone, Elite Renovations for all roughcasting work. My house looks like a completely new house and many of my neighbours, family and friends have complimented the wonderful work that has been achieved. Thanks Nat😊

So glad I picked Elite , had 4 quotes, they weren't dearest or cheapest but there quality of work on house nearby swayed me , so chuffed, neighbours keep mentioning how great a finish Elite have done , old saying you get what you pay for definitely 5Stars 👌

Was looking for quotes for a Re roof and rough cast and ERG stood out with the reviews and the photos of there recent jobs. Prices were reasonable and the job was started when they said the start date was, I was kept in the loop with everything that was happening talking me through each day of the work.
