The ERG team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Marc came out to survey and the ERG team came in with scaffolding up over a weekend then Marik and team working from dawn until dusk to get the job done for 7 days straight! We couldn't be happier with the roughcasting and acrylic finish and especially the attention to detail. Highly recommended and reasonably priced too!

ERG recently roughcast & insulated our home , we had quotes from several companies but Mark impressed us the most , he was professional and knew what he was talking about ( unlike some others) from the start they kept us updated on what was happening for each step of the process , their workers arrived on time worked well and cleaned up at the end of every day , we had a few issues after the work was done regarding building warrant and I have to say Mark & Natalie we’re very helpful in getting this sorted , have to mention Jody who was very patient when I called several times with questions
I would recommend ERG we are pleased with the work done it has made a difference to our home

Loved the professionalism of the team, from the first point of contact all the way to signing off on the external wall insulation. The team were polite and tidy, worked hard throughout the project, and the proposal was very fair. Highly recommend ERG, and definitely recommend external wall insulation!

I owe this company an apology it turns out the company that done my roof were at fault and the manager at erg has been very understanding im so sorry if the review i put in has affected your good standing to be honest i would give erg a five stars for the way they dealt with everything

ERG have transformed my house. I live in a 60s built home. The original roughcasting was failing and needed replaced. ERG completed the work to replace the roughcasting on my house. What I liked about them was the communication with the office. It was great to have phone and email to ask questions and get advice. There was always a quick response and action to any queries raised.

The office organised everything and kept me up to date with what was going on. I felt I didn’t need to chase them about anything. The scaffolding went up, materials delivered and work started on the property. We had a delay with our new window sills. The delay was well communicated. It held up the completion date but it was the right thing to do to insure the work was completed correctly.

The team on site just got on with the job in hand. They kept to them selves and got the work done. They were good with my kids as they were very interested in what was happening.

I’m more than happy with how my house looks. All my neighbours have commented on how good it looks. I will definitely be using ERG in the future when I come to get my roof done on my house.

ERG fitted grey facia and guttering, and transformed my house from dull painted over old rough cast walls to white acrylic smooth rendering. All I can say is wow !! The transformation is incredible we opted for white which makes the grey door and facia, etc stand out. We have had issues with workmanship carried out within our house, but I cannot fault the teams that ERG sends to your home they are all very experienced, pleasant and get the work done in a reasonable timeframe, weather permitting, this includes initial assessment, scaffolders, joiners, and plasterers. Marc and Natalie are very hands on and alleviate any issues you think you may have. Would recommend ERG if you are thinking of making your house the WOW factor of your street give the team a call.

We had our property roughcasted by ERG,and everything went very smoothly,from the initial visit,right through to the final inspection.

Every question was answered and nothing was a problem. Communication was great,and the team in the office,as well as the guys on site were professional and courteous.

We paid our deposit and where put on to the programme. The specification of works where well detailed on the fixed price quotation emailed over to us.

The team on site done a excellent job and we are very happy with the finish. Hard to find a company these days that does what they promise but elite renovations delivered on all aspects.

Sounds simple, but given lockdown issues, weather and a last minute change of approach by us, ERG managed to navigate everything and were done and dusted within 2wks.
We went for a pale roughcast to replace tired, bossed old brown roughcast on our Victorian property. The scaffold guys were efficient, the roughcast team were effective and conscientious, and they tidied up at the end of every day.
I'd recommend ERG as an excellent value for money company who deliver.

It was easy to speak to the company in order to discuss any situation and it was also responded to in a helpful positive manner.

My roughcasting job with EWI was completed about 10 days ago, so far to my complete satisfaction.
I did not know too much about this company before booking them, however they have not let me down and I am very pleased with my choice.
The job was done exactly as I had hoped for and I will come back to them in future.
It was completed that quickly that, due to my working hours, I never even saw one single worker, or the work being done, which has potential pros and cons I suppose.
I am only now awaiting the guarantee that was to be posted but hasn't yet arrived.
I can however recommend this company on my interaction with them, the job and finish and my experience to date.

I had the peebledash done on my end terraced house. I'm very pleased with the final result. The house has been transformed and it looks outstanding. The service was wonderful.
