Just had ERG to render our house, extremely happy with job they have done, they were highly professional from start to finish, kept us updated at every stage of the job, started and finished on planned dates. The quality of the work by the team was exceptional.
I would not hesitate in recommending ERG to anyone needing their house rendered/rough casted.

The men done a great job and good comunication through it all,, would recomend to anyone looking for roofing or roughcast work to be done.

searched a few companies and was glad i went for ERG for external cladding on part of my house .Work was done quickly and proffesionaly for a reasonable price with good communication during the process .Been a few months now and no issues with work would definately recommend.

Really great experience from start to finish. Professional and fast workers. External insulation fitted and rough cast finish completed on home within 2 days. Clean and tidied up at end. Really pleased.

Great work from the team at ERG fixing our roof which was in dire need of it - professional throughout, from estimate, to sorting a skip and some scaffolding, to clearing up afterwards. They communicated well throughout the process and were able to get started on the job quickly.

ERG acrylic rendered our house. The rendering team were hardworking, did an excellent job and were very professional and tidy workers. Delighted with the finish and final results. Would recommend.

Our roughcasted house was in need of a complete makeover. ERG were so professional from start to finish. They explained what had to be done and the cost. The guys that did the work were brilliant. Very hardworking and made sure every last detail was perfect when the job was finished. I would thoroughly recommend this company . I am more than satisfied with the work on my house. They really do go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

had ERG doing some EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION with acrylic render finish on it. can't fault the company from the first site survey with marc , to the regular updates through our big project by Natalie and jody in the office. outstanding workmanship with the workmen on site , daily clean ups and quality on the finished walls is fantastic .

Arranged 10 days ago. Took a days leave from a busy Glasgow Hospital for the survey today. Confirmed yesterday and this morning. Didn't turn up between the arranged 1 - 3pm slot as "Mark was called away to a site".
Really not good enough. Wanted me to take another days leave on Friday to get the survey done.
No thanks.

Many thanks for your timely response, much appreciated. It was me who declined the Friday appointment which was offered due to ERG's poor customer service. My irritation at losing a days leave was verbalised on the phone but not in the dramatic way portrayed in your PR formated response shifting responsibility onto me, although I did make my disapointment clear which is true. I think most people in this time wasting situation would feel the same. I'm certain if Marc had turned up today it would have benefitted both of us, alas I'll now look for a more reliable company to carry out the work. We'll see how they work.
