Great company to deal with, from start to finish. From day one asking for a quote to getting the Job complete Marc, Nat and Jodi were fantastic to deal with, very personable and professional. My house was a big job with the whole building being re-rendered. It's an old house so needed a lot of prep and the guys came exactly when they said they would, did the job really well and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for rendering or roughcast.

I would definitely recommend ERG for a friendly, efficient and professional service. We are delighted with the finish and the quality of the roughcasting on our gable end and the cleanup was fantastic. Thanks to everyone on the team.

At short notice the Company fitted our job in.
after 3 days rough casting was completed.
The company are very efficient and would definitely recommend them.
Also returned to do smaĺ snagging jobs and a good clean up after they were finished.

Our 6 tenant flat needed a new roof and a patch up of roughcasting that had came off our building.

I contacted ERG on behalf of this and Natalie and Jody were both very helpful, professional and accommodating; both were also very easy to get a hold of. They arranged for Marc to come out and provide us with a quote, which he did. I had researched various other roofing companies and ERGs quote was competitive and fair for the job they provided.

The roof work commenced after a few weeks, the builders were professional completing the work in just over a week, given several roofers were on this project.

The roughcast was also patched up during this time and ERG replaced a downpipe previously causing issues for free.

I asked Marc for a walkround after the work was complete which he was happy to do. Any queries identified after this were sorted by Marc efficiently. Marc was easy to get a hold of and keen to help with any queries from myself or other tenants.

We are delighted with the work ERG have done for us. I live in Spain but from the pictures I have seen the house looks awesome. It was only 15 days ago that I booted the cowboys into touch and got ERG on board. You guys really have pulled out the stops. What a professional company. Marc was in contact daily. I can’t thank you enough. 15 days ago I thought I was heading for a divorce 🤣 as it was my fault in getting the cowboys onboard. “If Calsberg did rendering they would be called ERG”

The rough casting on our house was peeling off so we got some quotes to re render. My husband decided to go with the cheapest which was a big mistake as they took a large chunk of cash and just caused chaos & stress. They took almost 4 weeks to hack off some of the old rough casting and then left us!! Luckily Mark & ERG who had originally priced the job took over. They arrived on site early and worked till late. They were organised, professional and totally amazing. They have done such an amazing job which we are delighted with. There were sometimes 8 men on site working from 8am- 7pm, and were meticulous. Mark was always on hand to answer any questions and explaining the process as we went along. The men cleared up all the mess after too ( the previous company had left so much debris lying around). ERG finished the project within 10 days and we are so happy with the quality of work. I can honestly say ERG are amazing. I will recommend them to all my friends. Mark is so knowledgeable and a really lovely man and a pleasure to work with.

ERG have restored our 1960s modernist house back to its former glory. They applied a 20mm insulation board and acrylic render system and the results are stunning. We could not be more happy with the work and the whole journey with Marc and his team was genuinely faultless (how often can you say that in this day and age!). The work was carried out in the time frame given. Marc’s team were punctual, industrious, conscientious, tidy and their attention to detail was second to none. Great comms with the back office team and Marc was onsite whenever needed and inspired confidence with his knowledge and experience. So nice to employ people who take pride in their craft and still believe in the good ‘old fashioned’ values of customer service. Not the cheapest quote (why would you) but worth every penny. We have just finished our first winter with our new external cladding and we are really pleased with it. There were a few issues with slow communication setting the job up but the work was completed very efficiently

Just had ERG to render our house, extremely happy with job they have done, they were highly professional from start to finish, kept us updated at every stage of the job, started and finished on planned dates. The quality of the work by the team was exceptional.

searched a few companies and was glad i went for ERG for external cladding on part of my house .Work was done quickly and proffesionaly for a reasonable price with good communication during the process .Been a few months now and no issues with work would definately recommend.

Really great experience from start to finish. Professional and fast workers. External insulation fitted and rough cast finish completed on home within 2 days. Clean and tidied up at end. Really pleased.

Great work from the team at ERG fixing our roof which was in dire need of it - professional throughout, from estimate, to sorting a skip and some scaffolding, to clearing up afterwards. They communicated well throughout the process and were able to get started on the job quickly.
