Order was exactly as expected and I will have no hesitations ordering in the future. Had a small hiccup at the start which caused a delay in the arrival time but I didn't loose sleep over it.

Only received proofs 3 days after ordering, not 3 hours and only after we emailed. Order was delayed past the deadline of 10 business days after proofs were approved. Live Chat button link on website is broken.
Products are good. Service and turnaround times are not adequate or as prescribed on their website.

Endless issues and glitches lately - lasted being that my order could not be fulfilled due to a minimum quantity order - a glitch allowed me to place the order but they won’t fulfill it.

I received an email at 8:24am saying my order was ready. One would reasonably assume that meant my entire order was ready. After driving to the warehouse I was sorely disappointed to find my order was in fact not wholly fulfilled. Had a conversation with Michael from the Client Experience team who told me I’d receive an email stating there were defective sweaters to my order. However, logically, one would think I would have received this notice prior to receiving the email confirming my order was ready for pickup. It was additionally disappointing as I paid extra for the express service.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care your company provides for its customers. It is your due diligence to give adequate notice to your customers, should there be a delay or defects in their order. It is not right to send me an email saying my order is ready for pick up, drive to your facility, only to discover my order isn’t actually ready. I had to find time out of my very busy schedule and drive back the extra hour to your facility to pick up the remaining items from my order the next day.
My experience with your company has been nothing short of terrible, Client Experience did not seem to care about the lack of notice, and the order not being wholly fulfilled when I had been notified that it had been since "80% of the order was done a day ahead". Offering me $50 off on my next order is a joke as my organisation will not be doing business with Entripy again.

The online chats really helped me work through the (many) questions I had for the company and to place my order. The process is a little convoluted, though, because those who are placing bulk orders of one product can't tell the people who are ordering the product how much it's going to cost because it depends how many are purchased, and people may not buy them if it costs a certain amount? I wish there were "range" prices like there are on other sites (buy 0-15, it's this price, buy 16-30 it's this price, buy 31+ it's this price... etc). I think the process for ordering should be made less cumbersome, and the process for ordering 'sample sizes' could also be made clearer.
