Since all custom orders are made to order, we weren’t able to offer a replacement. We have already reached out and offered a discounted reorder as a resolution, but we understand your frustration.

Sizes not clearly marked on label
The shirts I ordered are not marked Men or Ladies on the label so there was confusion and mistakes when we were handing them out. Otherwise, they are soft and comfortable.

Great products and customer service!
The product turned out great, we were very happy with the quality. There were some hiccups in terms of timing, but when I contacted customer service to let them know I needed the order ASAP they managed to get it to me in time.

Perfect delivery
The regular production updates kept me wall-informed, and I was thrilled by the rapid turnaround on the revised proofs after my charges. Plus, receiving my delivery exactly on time was an added bonus

Unmatched service and quality

A good company but pricing could be…
A good company but pricing could be better for educational institutions especially with the volume that was purchased.
Also, delivery was delayed due to moving between buildings (from their old operation to new building operations).
Also, the delivery company was terrible as they loaded everything onto the dolly and let things fall and boxes get damaged instead of multiple trips to the Main Office Reception.
