Nothing but trouble with my order. I placed the order online using all items available and in stock. Day after day I received emails saying they were out of stock on sizes and colours. I had to change item colours and cancel some sizes due to stock issues. Finally received everything after a MONTH…needless to say I’m not happy about my last experience with entripy.

I'd like to rate Entripy higher, as I would have in the past. The new website interface is harder to use. All my previous 3 years of orders have disappeared. Sure, when I contact service, the people are eager to help, but it isn't as easy as reviewing past projects, opening them up and modifying them as needed. I've always thought the products delivered great value. Today I tried to look up an invoice to print off, and access was denied. Please get the old website running again.

Hi, I had several issues with the new updated website. I couldn't add my artwork to size the logos accordingly. This delayed the printing of the crewneck because I had several versions going back and forth. They did open a few tickets on my behalf. Hopefully, it will work out smoother the next time.

There were many issues from the start. Educational pricing timelines, the website, proofs not loading, order not showing up. It took almost two weeks to get the order finalized. My strong recommendation is to have designated employee(s) to look after Educational orders. Schools are great business. We can provide Entripy with lots of business but the process needs to be smoother. Having to call customer service for support when things are not working properly is a waste of time and frustrating. A dedicated education sales person to provide education quotes that are valid for longer than a week is needed. As we need time to sell to our community. It would also be best to have that designated education rep be available to enter the order on Entripy's side, and take that responsibility from the school. It can be sent to the contact at the school for approval and then get sent to production. I think this process will be a much smoother process and will keep School's coming back year after year.

When we opened the box of our first order from Entripy, we were amazed at the clarity of the tiny details in our designs. In terms of customer service, we have only encountered professional, courteous, knowledgeable and caring staff at Entripy. A special thanks to Bianca, Wally and Luiza from the client experience team for their guidance in the ordering process. Honourable mention to Chelsea the warehouse manager for ensuring that our orders are correct and meet our expectations. Entripy has always been my go to place for golf shirts and t-shirts but I always seem to have an issue with my proofs which have been on file since the day I started ordering from Entripy well over 10 years ago. Also I always order red, white and blue shirts and ask that the stitching for the logo on the red and blue shirts be in white and the stitching for the logo on the white shirts be in blue. But it seems I have to specify that on each order that I place. Can’t I just indicate that the stitching be the same as my previous order when I place a new order? Finally, when I ordered red, white and blue shirts in the past the total per colour were grouped together thereby giving me a lower price for each shirt. This has recently changed whereby the white shirts now are deemed a separate order because the stitching would be a different colour compared to the red and blue shirts. That means my total for each red and blue shirt could be as low as $20 per shirt whereas the white shirt cost could be as high as $30 or more. Personally, this doesn’t make sense to me.

We are very pleased with our product. We have been buying from Entripy for years with no issues. The office staff are very polite. However when picking the shirts up the shipping lady was extremely rude, saying she does not have time for this, and she is very busy just because I didn’t notice her open the bay door. I mentioned customer service and she started talking in another language as she got my box. I left there very upset.

I was having trouble with my online order as I needed to tweak something. Anna came to my rescue and took the time to make sure our rush order was fulfilled in time even though we were just scraping by. Note - Leave yourself enough time! They need time to prepare proofs for your approval and then put the order in for fulfillment so don't wait until the last minute like I did! Quality on our long sleeve Gildan printed shirts were great.

Final product was fine, but they repeatedly got the actual order wrong before production. From wrong ink colour on shirt in approvals, to doubling up the numbers inside the order, to accidentally duplicating the order and charging me twice, (also costing me a week of time), Easily 10 emails & 4 phone calls later, and order was still wrong. Finally, they missed the new deadline I was given.
