My Experience with Enhanced Labs: A Cautionary Tale
I recently ordered from Enhanced Labs (Order #79112, $128.59), and the package was marked as delivered on January 7, but I never received it. I did everything they asked: contacted USPS, filed a missing package report, emailed, called, and even went to the post office in person. Despite my efforts, USPS couldn't locate the package, and Enhanced Labs refused to take any responsibility.
Their response was essentially, "If USPS says it was delivered, there’s nothing we can do." This level of customer service was shocking—most companies would offer a replacement or refund in such cases. Instead, they kept referring me back to USPS, leaving me with no resolution.
I’ve now lost confidence in this company and canceled my subscription to ensure I don’t lose more money. While they kept my $128.59, I want others to know what to expect when dealing with Enhanced Labs: if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
I hope this helps anyone considering ordering from them. Customer support should be about solving problems, not deflecting blame.
