Very helpful and polite

booked a UKVI SELT test through this website and paid in full, but I never received the official booking date or test centre address as promised. Despite multiple messages, their responses were vague and unhelpful, and they failed to provide any valid confirmation.
This feels like a misleading service. I had to contact my bank to request a refund and am considering reporting this to consumer protection authorities. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this site.

The communication was slow, it took ne week to fet my confirmation. Also I was basically forced to leave a review
