I am writing to formally provide feedback regarding my B1 language examination held on 11.04.2026 at Birmingham [101331]
Exam Location: 6th Floor, Gateway House, 50-53 High Street, Birmingham.
While I am pleased to have passed and the staff was really very helpful and i appreciate it alot but, I must report a significant issue during the speaking module. The candidate seated next to me spoke at an excessively high volume, which made it extremely difficult for me to hear and effectively communicate with my interlocutor. This environment was highly distracting and did not meet the standard conditions expected for a language assessment.
I would like this feedback to be noted in your records to ensure better spacing or noise management for future candidates.

My experience with LanguageCert was mostly positive. The booking process was straightforward, and the online exam system worked well. However, I found the instructions at the waiting/check-in area a bit unclear and unorganised at times. Overall, it’s a reliable option for language certification.
