The environment in which we wrote the exams was extremely peaceful. There was not any distractions. We were warmly welcome to the centre. And we also provided with any writing materials that we may need during the exams.

I had a very good experience with the English Exam Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The exam process was clear and well organised. They explained everything properly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this centre for anyone who needs to take an English test for immigration or naturalisation

The staff were very understanding and supportive in trying to explain the process. Great customer care and the service was efficient.
Even attached simulation exercises which helped me understand what the nature of the test was.

I love the way it was conduct and to help further develop skills

When contacting first instance and explained I needed it urgently they did there best to for us in asap very responsive

I fell in love with their service and how well arranged everything was. I didn’t have to stress myself throughout the whole process and the exam was so great

The lady that helps us get ready and guide us through the exam was really kind

I booked a UKVI B2 English exam on 09/01/26 (paid £261). The first test on 15/01/26 was postponed at the last minute, and the second test scheduled for 22/01/26 was never confirmed.
I requested a full refund on 24/01/26. On 30/01/26, they claimed the refund was being processed but provided no evidence. Since then (as of 15/02/26), no refund receive and they stopped replying WhatsApp messages. They never replied to emails.

There is also a penal notice they have to displayed on their website

Overall, no official payment confirmation or booking number, only communication is via whatsapp, this screams SCAM & FRAUD to me.

I raised case with Citizen Advice and initiaed chargeback process as well.

TL;DR: This website is scam, do not use.

Their service was great, they helped me through the test, and for the test preparation. The test was a bit hard though
