The night stand is exactly what I ordered however I didn’t like that the bottom was drawn with a sharpie to indicate where to drill in the holes to screw the bottoms to the stand. The sharpie began to smear. It just looked tacky

When I ordered the rug it said in stock. For an email next day that they had put me on the waiting list and kept 1 rug for me in next order. It arrived quicker than expected. Love the rug. Worth the little extra time.

Came much earlier than expected from an out of stock delay. Communication fantastic!

We were a little skeptical at first ordering from a new website, but everything turned out fine and the rug ended up coming early! We ended up ordering the matching runner because we had a good experience with the first order so thank you!

I searched and searched every website I could possibly find for over a week and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I was on Pinterest and came across English Elm which I had never heard of. Upon searching the website, I located the perfect ottoman!!!! I am very picky and had envisioned this ottoman in my mind. We were on vacation when the ottoman was delivered and I absolutely couldn’t wait to get home and open this. It looks amazing, love the storage and have referred my sister to your website. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The chair I received had no legs included in the box. I reported this July 8, and as of July 13th, 5 days! I have not received a reply. POOR Customer Service!!!

This rattan/gold chandelier is stunning and is the perfect addition to our home remodel. The price was reasonable and delivery was sooner than expected! The chandelier was packaged very well so that nothing was damaged in shipping. Thank you

I ordered this item on June 12 and it still has not arrived (and it’s July 12). I got an email saying it has shipped, but when I click on the link for shipping details it tells me the site is not available. I would love an estimate of when this dresser will arrive because I fully paid for it a month ago.

Love my pillow. I’ve been using the same pillow for years and it was time for a new one. These are the best. You can lay on it for hours and it fluffs right back. It is also very comfortable. I don’t have to worry about waking up with a stiff neck.

Furniture arrived with damage. We were going to overlook the damage but it also was missing an entire step of equipment to pub the piece together. Trying to initiate a return has been impossible through email. Asking customers for box photos is insane - you don’t automatically take photos assuming the product will be damaged and you’ll need to provide a legal case for return. Still awaiting resolution after more than a week.

The best sheets ever. We are big fans of hold cold sheets, and these definitely hold cold. They are so soft and comfortable that it makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning.

Well, the bookshelf arrived, so that’s a plus!
The bookshelf looks sturdy, but looks can be deceiving. I placed my books on the top shelf, and it began bowing in the middle. A family member then pointed out that the shelf simply cannot support heavier books; which is somewhat unfortunate for a product marketed as a bookshelf.
Of course, we discovered, after assembling it and actually trying to use it that English Elm offers a generous 2-day window to submit a return request after delivery. 2 days. For furniture that has to be unpacked, assembled, inspected, and actually used before you can discover whether it can perform its one job: holding books. Will never order again from English Elm!!!!!!!!!

Easy to order. Item arrived earlier than expected. Easy to assemble. Looks great. Wonderful piece of furniture.

I ordered a piece of furniture in January - it continued to get delayed, now we are going on 6 months. Along the way I was told I could cancel for a full refund. I am at the point now where I am going to be out of the country for a month - and they cannot tell me when the furniture will be delivered, so I want to cancel (again, 6 months I have been waiting) - and now I am being told I cannot cancel the item (because it is back in stock). You cannot get anyone on the phone, it is only through email. Their customer service is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Never received. No way to contact company

English Elm had exactly the product I was looking for and they kept me informed as to the time to dispatch and so forth. The product (a raindrop chandelier) wasn't particularly cheap, so it was with some disappointment that it arrived dirty. Each of the glass shades have needed washing, which is easier said than done.

The rug is exceptional value and looks fantastic!
