Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
We supply quality poultry equipment in the UK, working with some of the biggest UK names including Nestera Coops, Hotline Electric Fencing, Brinsea Incubators and Garden Life Walk-In Runs. What's different about us is that we use the equipment that we sell in our own flock of chickens so we are able to give first hand advice if you're not sure what equipment is right for you and your unique circumstances. If you call us for advice, there is no call centre. Instead you'll be talking to us, the business owners. We won't be reading from a manual, we'll use our experience of the products with one to one guidance. You'll also find lots of useful advice on our YouTube channel, English Country Life, where you'll find product reviews and helpful videos on keeping and breeding chickens.

Superb service - there was an issue with a damaged part on a Nestera coop and I got an instant reply and a replacement part sent out immediately.

Impeccable service and support!
Great service from beginning to end. I needed a replacement lead for a hotline electric fence energiser but the part code I had didn't tally. Hugh was kind enough to contact the manufacturer and sort out the issue on my behalf, to ensure I received the correct lead, which was promptly received. 5*****

Thanks so much for the kind review. Hotline are excellent at offering spares but there are such a bewildering number of them that occasionally we need some detective work. I'm so glad we got you what you needed!
Coops …

The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. I needed a bit of advice on setting up an electric fence for my chickens and was offered a video call to check my set up. No other company I know of offers this level of support. They understood the investment and in addition have many helpful videos that were essential in us setting up correctly.
They were honest about the need for additional poles, and the pros and cons of different power set ups.
The knowledge and genuine love of poultry is obvious, as is their wish to support others in their poultry keeping. The communication is speedy, human and warm. They have a great range of tried and tested high quality products at fair prices.

That's so kind of you Francesca and has thoroughly made our evening - thank you. We try to offer the support that we so badly wanted when we started out - simple & honest. There's nothing more frustrating than starting out & trying to navigate sales blurb for complicated equipment,

You're very welcome. We're always available for product or general chicken keeping advice and to help customers find the right products based on our experience, not the product manual. We use most of the products we sell to support our own flock. We hope to see you again in the future as a customer
Flawless from start to finish
Flawless from start to finish, we purchased a Nestera Aspen chicken coop at a great price, we expected a 7 day delivery however it appeared in 2 days, lovely surprise. The coop itself was very well made and super easy to put together, we’re happy and the hens are happy.

A super happy experience
A super happy experience. Hugh was very helpful and talked me through details and information which helped. We love our Nestera Wagon, the solid fruit pen from their supplier near by and ChickenGuard auto door we purchased. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Enjoy the videos on the YouTube channel as well 😊

That's so kind of you. We don't have a call centre so you'll always be talking to one of us. We use many of the products that we sell so we can help from our own experience rather than reading a product manual. That's what we want to deliver as customer service and we're glad it was useful.
