English country life were so helpful in helping me choose the right coop, they even sent video of several coops so I could see the difference in each one. I would definitely recommend them , thanks Hugh and Fiona fir all your help

Fast delivery, quality product, at the cheapest online price I could find. Great company to deal with. Thanks

We decided to buy our new chicken run from English county life as I had seen them advertised and thought they were perfect for our set up . Fiona was on hand throughout our buying process and helped us to get our run delivered even though we don't live on the mainland UK. We did have a little issue with some parts being delayed however the problem was very swiftly dealt with and the customer service from this company is second to none . I cannot praise the quantity of the run enough ,it's so sturdy and was easy to build with enough people . I'm very happy with my purchase and the hens love it! We have no problem in recommending this company and their products.

What a wonderful company, talked to me about chickens and that helped as I’m a novice. The coop is amazing. Thoroughly recommend. All correspondence was also top notch, delivery was super fast too.

Quickly delivered. Just what I was looking for. Happy chickens

Both products are strong with good build instructions.

Hugh and Fiona were so helpful when I came to buy my chicken house, Hugh even took the time to have a video call with me so that he could show me how the nesting box opened. I have benefited so much from their knowledge in general this has given me the confidence to go with certain products as I know they use them themselves. I would highly recommend that you buy from English country life because as well as a good price you get fantastic customer service and so much warmth with it.

Great customer service, quick delivery and very happy with the product. Thanks

Great product, great service.

The coop was easy to construct, clean and collect eggs. Ample space for our 5 hens, could easily accommodate a few more.

Hugh and Fiona were wonderful to deal with.

Great website, easy to find what your looking for and quick delivery too.

The product was well made Bit fiddly to put together but it’s sturdy

Ordered a chicken house, Excellent service from start to finish, communication was great and was kept updated throughout my order.

You can only really judge a service when you get a hiccup, and ours was simply being sent a duplicate part - someone at the manufacturers had not realised there is a Part 17A and a Part 17B, and we got two 17As. No big deal. I was putting the coop together on a Sunday, and noticed we were missing a rain guard for the egg box, but we had two guards for the side. Not really a problem, but I emailed English Country Life, got a response within 20 minutes, the part was sent on Monday, received Tuesday! Do I recommend? YES! Hugh and Fiona run a proper, dare I say, old fashioned honest to good service. Not bots, no AI, just two enthusiastic people who were happy to put things right. Cannot recommend enough.

Order processed very quickly and delivered next day!!! Responded to a query straight away and cannot fault my customer experience! The Nestera hen houses were also a breeze to erect and are robust and water proof and in the 15+ years I’ve owned one, have been easy to keep clear of dreaded red mite! Would definitely buy the same again and from English Country Life!

Placed an order for a coop, very good value and was sent really quick.

I emailed Hugh for advice regarding electric poultry fencing/netting for my hens and geese, he then promptly called me and was extremely generous with his time and knowledge.
No pushy sales talk just sound advice and very competitively priced items.
I pleased to say that my geese and hens are now enjoying free-range life in our paddock and I'm no longer worrying about foxes.

Fantastic product and service. It was very helpful watching the comprehensive review of the chicken coops on your YouTube channel, it helped inform my choice.

Fast delivery no problems.
