I Ordered two pens as presents I expected them to come in a box like normal swarovski but they didn’t not. Not right impressed

Hi Victoria
Thank you for your feedback,
Swarovski supply the pens to our boutique, most of them do not come in a box, the pens that you purchased would not come in a box in any Swarovski boutique as all the Swarovski boutiques supply the same products in the same packaging. The ones you ordered come in a velvet Swarovski pouch. Therefore the discontinued pens that you purchased are not ones that come in boxes sadly.
I apologise that you are disappointed with that, we are disappointed that it led to a 2 star review, there isn’t much else we can do unfortunately as that is how Swarovski offer there pens.
If you would like to discuss this further please do email us on orders@emsonhaig.com
Best wishes

Happy wife.. happy life
Being a guy I was at a loss as to what to get my wife for Christmas. The staff made it really easy as they all knew what they would like to receive. I just followed their lead. Thank you for making the missus happy and keeping me out of the dog house.

Hi Gemma,
thank you for taking the time to write a review, I do apologise for the delay in the item getting to you, as I am sure you are aware the Royal Mail have been pushed to there limits and they have let us down in delivering the item to you.
I can see that you have received the item now which is great. We are looking at a different postal service to deliver our items this year as they have really let us down. It is very frustrating when we are dependant on a third party to uphold our service and standard.
If you would like to speak about this further please do let me know - orders@emsonhaig.com
Happy New Year

Terrible
I am still yet to a receive a response to either of my last 2 emails to you and I have raised a formal complaint.
This service is shocking and they sold me a product that is clearly not brand new because of the scratches on it and the quality is poor. Laughable that they claim their products go through a quality control process when they clearly don’t.
Hugely disappointed with this and I have been calling the number at the bottom of their email and nobody picks up.
1st time using this company and will not be doing so again.

Hi Henry,
thank you for taking the time to write a review, I have been in contact with you over this time, and do apologise for the delay in communication we have had some issues with our team being furloughed and some of our team suffering quite badly from COVID. sadly we were quite stretched over the Christmas and new year period.
So we are doing our best and we are now back on top of everything.
We have however sent you a brand new pair of earrings after you approved seeing a picture of them, and we are really disappointed that we have not met your expectations on this occasion.

We did however post you the item out again, that you received the following day, and had it in good time for Christmas.
I can see that you have received the item that was delayed due to Royal Mail, and we are waiting to hear back from you on returning this item to us. We wanted to make sure you had the item for Christmas and made sure that happened. I do apologise for the delay in the original item it was sadly out of our hands. We are looking into another postal service for this year so we do not have these issues again.

I recently purchased a pair of Swarovski earring, the pricing was very competitive and pre purchase advice very helpful. Unfortunately, the package was damaged during delivery and the earrings were missing! Royal Mail admitted fault. I contacted Abbie at Emson Haig and the issue was dealt with promptly and a new pair of earrings dispatched without delay. The service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend the company.

thank you for your review,
Firstly I apologise with your disappointment with the posting of the item.
We do offer a free Signed postal service, with the option to pay for Tracked Next Day Delivery if the customer would prefer that.
We have found that our orders are slightly delayed at the moment due to the COVID issues. I can only apologise on there behalf for that.
If you would like to speak to anyone about this please email orders@emsonhaig.com and we can deal with this further for you.
I do apologise.
