Excellent service during these difficulties times. They went out of there way to source the correct ring size and phoned several times to keep me up to date. On what was originally an internet purchase. Much appreciated personal service and highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Realised I'd made an error in the delivery options but they contacted me and asked if the details I'd added were correct saving me a very (very) long drive to click and collect.

Hi Sophie,
Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback, we are always striving to improve our service.
I do apologise that the item was out of stock, Pandora sells so quickly in store that sadly it sold the same time in store as online. As it was a discontinued item we were unable to order it in for you. We did try and offer alternatives, as the item you ordered was on sale the other alternatives were slightly more money.
We processed your refund straight away, so you should have received it. If you still have not received it please contact orders@emsonhaig.com so we can try and help you with this.
Best Wishes
