I have no words to express the bad experience I had with this agency. I will limit myself to telling what happened and to strongly advise against taking a tour with them, there are more valid agencies in Egypt, which I then contacted later. I took the day tour from Cairo to Luxor. On the way there, the driver and the agency representative left me at the wrong terminal at the airport, luckily I had the Egyptian sim so I called them back and made them go back, even though the representative insisted that I was the one in error, in the end I made a terrible rush not to miss the plane, but a person older than me would have missed the plane. Before boarding for the return flight I wrote a message to the agency to make sure they would come and pick me up at the right terminal upon arrival in Cairo. Surprise, there was NO ONE waiting for me upon arrival. I called the agency representative (the same one as in the morning) who told me that he would be there in 5 minutes. Finally he arrived after 40 minutes without a driver, first saying that the driver was in the parking lot, then that he was sick. Finally at 1 am he put me in a car with a driver who only spoke Arabic and I returned to the hotel alone at 2 am. Terrible experience

Overall a great experience with Emo Tours and booked all our trips over 4 days with them for our group of 10 as a private tour. The guides were good especially Ahmed Hamdy, booking process was efficient via Viator and the Operations was clear with prompt confirmations and Vehicles waiting to pick up before the scheduled time. Since we had private tours, the vehicles waited for us almost all the time (we were late) and was very convenient.

What an amazing day! Tonsi was my favourite guide I’ve had in years. He was fun, informative and knew all the best spots for photos, keeping away from the crowds and taking you to buy some amazing perfume. Cannot recommend him enough. Also took me for a local lunch - yummy!

What an amazing experience me and my family had booking a tour to the pyramids with Emo Tour. They picked us up on-time, were felixible when we needed something and gave us details that made the Tour very entertaining. Our guide, Mr. Tonsi, is a star. I must add a special note for two of the most terrific guides on my trip. Let me start with Magdy. This man is so humble, so profoundly versed in egyptology and so passionate about what he does that he is probably the most valuable asset of Emo tours. Let's call him Mr Emo tours. I can't do justice to the details, accuracy and clarity of his explanations when we visited Abu Simbel, Edfu, and Aswan. Magdy is a natural-born teacher and a compassionate man. Thank you Magdy for your professionalism and for going above and beyond the requirements of your job to make sure my experience was completely satisfying.
My second note goes to another passionate guide with the most personable skills and a truly well-rounded mind. I'm talking about Miido. From the moment he picked me up from Cairo airport our conversations simply flowed like we were schoolmates. His travels have given him a broad perspective of religion, culture, politics and economics. He and I see eye to eye on many issues and he has been very tactful, honest and accommodating towards me. Thank you Miido for tolerating my rants about world issues from the perspective of North vs South.
Overall, Emo tours is an excellent choice for travellers who want a fun, comfortable, genuine and in-depth experience of Egypt at a reasonable price.

My best time in my life has been in Egypt. But it wouldn't have been possible without the help of my tour guide Tonsi. He is the most special, kind, funny Egyptian I have ever met in my life.

What an amazing tour! From start to finish our private Giza tour of the pyramids and sphinx was wonderful. Mohamed Hamed was our excellent guide, spoke great English, was really friendly and knowledgeable. Mohamed met us at our hotel, along with our driver Samara and photographer Eprahim. These gentleman made our day a truly special experience and went above a beyond our expectations.
I recommend anyone visiting Egypt to book a tour with them, it has been the highlight of our trip!

Awful experience! Misleading itinerary.

They were late picking us up… Kept trying to take us to places to buy more things…

Constantly on the upsell and even before the end, they mentioned about people giving them tips.

Aladdin was super nice and we had so much fun all day!!

Mohamed Hamed picked us up on tme at the hotel and took us to the Giza Pyramids tour. He was very nice, charismatic, professional, and with a wealth of knowledge about the history. We highly recommend booking him as a tour guide. Speaks english very well too.

We were a bit worried about booking as we had never done a layover tour before. It was very easy we booked through Viator and bought the visa at the airport. After booking we received a WhatsApp message from the main office almost immediately. Our guide Hazim was really really good. If you book this tour I recommend asking for him. He was very informative and took many pictures for us. He even stopped to get us some mango juice on the way back to the airport because we mentioned we liked mangos. Ibrahim the driver was also good. We felt safe with our bags in the car. Would recommend to anyone who's wanting a layover tour that's for half a day.

I had an amazing experience touring around the Giza pyramids and sphinx. My guide, Mohamed Ali was very friendly, knowledge and professional. I can tell he has a great skill and love for being a tour guide. He was the best!
The driver, Josef was also very skilled in transporting me from the hotel and back. He was very professional and provided me with small snacks and a drink at the beginning and end of the trip.

Finally, Mohamed made sure I got to see everything I wanted, including the inside passages of two pyramids, the sphinx, and the vista view of the pyramids by camel. I have already booked more tours through EMO and recommend anyone interested in Egyptian history or culture to do the same!!

Mohamed Hamed did a FANTASTIC job of showing us not only Giza but so many of the wonderful sites in around Cairo. Highly recommend!

The pick up guide gentlemen, Mohammed and Ahmed were patient to find us. They were kind and offered us drinks at the end of the hot ride in the sun. They offered us helmets which we used but we declined scarfs.

The ride itself was so much fun. We had our full one hour ride from office back to office. Khaled helped us to perform various stunts safely with our helmets and some without for the adrenaline rush!! Khaled took such amazing photos too! We got to see the pyramids again from a different angle.
