This review was posted by a former employee named

1-Ali Ramadan Mahmoud Khodair holds National ID No. 28503102101232

2- Hossam Ramadan Mahmoud Mohamed holds National ID No. 29108102101612

Both was terminated due to misconduct. Unfortunately, this individual resorted to unethical behavior by stealing our company license and manipulating details to falsely verify themselves as a company supplier with our business partners. We take the privacy and security of our customers' information very seriously. Upon discovering this fraudulent activity, we took immediate action by contacting our partners, including Viator and GetYourGuide, to explain the situation. Our partners have since deactivated and removed the fraudulent business account associated with the former employee. It has come to our attention that the former employee is now seeking revenge by posting fake negative reviews using stolen customer details. Police could realized that the reviews was posted from IP in Saudi Arabia by their brother who lives there named Mohamed Ramadan Mahmoud Khodair .now we are in touch with Saudi consulate to get order to catch him there We are actively working with Trustpilot to address these fake reviews and ensure that the necessary steps are taken to protect our customers' information. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused by these fake reviews.
