Thank you Sabrina at Emojo Bikes. I was updated on my order and delivery was more that perfect and prompt.

Now the Bike, I did 30 miles on it Sunday and it is an absolute pleasure ride. I used pedal assist because I don't want to miss out on a workout and used only about 25% of battery. I love my Wildcat.

I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy Pro trike. I find the guality and the way this trike is put together to be of high standards. I've since purchased excessaries on line and found that process to be of the same although I was a little disappointed at the scarcity of excessaries. I would highly recommend the Emojo products for ebike purchases.

I am absolutely obsessed with the attention to detail on this ebike!

The bike is not designed for durability. Everything on the bike is loose and has to constantly be tightened. The fender design is ridiculously pathetic. The connections to the fender come off every time you're driving it. I'd rather get a ride bike. They look much more solid

I've only had this bike for a couple years and barely write it in the motor already blew up

I received the wrong bike rack by mistake. I contacted Emojo customer service and Sabrina Robinson, Emojo Rockstar, arranged for the return and shipped out the correct unit. Seamless and very fast. Kevin

Thanks to them I got my charger faster than usual. And now I can finally ride my bike again

Still waiting for items to be delivered. Fed ex has the label made waiting for package.

I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.

Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails.

Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected.

This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming.

Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.

The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

The site is easy to use; I found what I was looking for quickly and check-out was quick and efficient.

I was told to purchase a charger that does not work with my Panther Pro bike. I have emailed about returning the charger and haven’t heard back

The bike is good quality for the price. It is not as stable as I expected. It was missing some bolts to hold the brake calipers on and pedals were missing. Contacted Emojo but they were no help. Unable to get someone by phone or email for support.

Haven't received my battery yet. Problems with correct shipping address. Expect it to arrive soon. Will let you know.

Super bike! No complaints about it! A great company to deal, friendly, and personable staff! I’d highly recommend them.

I have Not received my bike yet. But I appreciate the communication process, knowing my bike is on the bike is on the way I still have not received my bike or any information for two days!!

i was very impressed to see how the battery blends into the bike frame.The performance of the battery is more than i expected I am very pleased with it.

Our satisfaction with our TWO EMOJO BIKES goes way beyond a solid “10”. We could not be happier. My husband rides the big Panther and me a 20” CrossTown. We Love ‘Em! Making our experience even better was buying them from Frank at RAD STOP RIDE SHOP in Bullhead City, Arizona.
