The experience with emirate holiday office in Jeddah was marvelous as usual especially the Mr Abdullellah upon reservation the flight going to Dubai was perfect the hotel was OK but the return back to Jeddah flight was delayed after we was onboard late for 1 hour the captain said due to cargo problem I hope it will never happen again coz it was annoying

Everything was handled so well and easily. Loved my trip.

They assisted us to choose a hotel in strategic location suitable to our plans; the accommodation was exactly as expected and their recommendations for places to visit were suitable for all the family members.
Great experience as usual.

The one and only emirates holidays best and comfortable holidays

Good day,
We had excellent service from the day we decided to contact Gugulethu. We informed her that we were a family of 2 adults and 1 child. She ensured that provision was made for all of us to be accommodated.
She was friendly and helpful with all our requirements and questions.
The entire trip was seamless. We were guided by emirates staff from the time we arrived.
The accommodation, shuttle services and activities were beyond our expectation.
We received value for money and came back rejuvenated.

The in-country consultant I dealt with (Dale, in the South Africa office) was very professional and willing to assist. I think our email chain is over 70 emails! A patient gentleman who answered all my queries and organised everything really well. I did have to do a bit of research on the resort for myself though, to ensure that we were not duplicating services that the resort provided, such as airport transfers. However, my overall experience on the booking side, including organising tourist visa's, was efficient and not at all stressful. He even updated our flights when our initial one was no longer offered. He made sure to sit us together even though it was two separate bookings. It was also lovely to receive a courtesy call three days prior to our departure from the UAE Emirates Holidays office just confirming all our booking details. They also had an Emirates Holiday representative to welcome us at the airport just before passport control.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with pretty good packages and variety of options.

Excellent work by the agent, great suggestion for hotels and fabulous location

They provide premium package and we recommend everyone to enjoy their services.

Trustworthy, professional, quick response.

The contact person at Emirates Holidays was Katrina and she was amazing as she listened carefully to all our expectations and provided options satisfying all of them.

They took care of all my needs with outstanding arrangements and support throughout the trip. Exceptional service and seamless coordination made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended…

Pulled off a miracle.

We walked in last minute, hoping for something—anything—and walked out with the perfect getaway. The ease of sitting across the counter, tailoring every detail on the spot, was simply incredible.

The team showed real patience and character—no pressure, just thoughtful guidance and total professionalism. Not a single hitch from booking to boarding.

Customer experience? World-class.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to make magic happen—even at the last minute.

Airport as usual great /flight great /choice of location great / hotel fantastic
Arranged transport on time

From the ease of booking our flight and hotel to the UK, to the choice of accommodation and our flight experience, Emirates Holidays didn’t disappoint. Everything was hassle free. Flight, accommodation, chauffeur transfers were all organised. We booked nearly a year in advance and locked in a great price, we then paid our deposit and made regular payments before our final balance was due, this was not offered by other holiday companies. We had queries during the booking process and these were answered swiftly and politely, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be using Emirates Holidays again.

I recently booked my first trip with Emirates Holidays UAE, and as a first-time client, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service I received. Every team member radiated genuine warmth, making me feel like a cherished guest rather than just a newcomer.

The airport pickup and drop-off ran seamlessly, with drivers welcoming me by name, managing my luggage with ease, and arriving exactly on time for transfers.

This exceptional, personalized service has truly set a new standard for my future travel experiences. I highly recommend Emirates Holidays UAE!
