We recently booked a family holiday to the Maldives through Emirates Holidays, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The booking process was incredibly smooth and easy. Their customer service was amazing, highly professional, and truly lived up to our expectations. Every logistical detail—from the flights to the seamless airport transfers and the excellent resort selection—was handled perfectly. Everything felt well-tailored and completely fit the purpose of our vacation.
Traveling with a kid can sometimes be stressful, but Emirates Holidays made sure our trip met every single expectation as a family. It was peaceful, relaxing, fun, and incredibly enjoyable for all of us. If you are looking for a hassle-free, top-tier family vacation, I highly recommend booking with them. We will definitely use them again!

We’ve booked our last 6 trips to the Maldives with Emirates Holidays and would highly recommend them. Single point of contact, one stop shop, they arranged the Emirates flight, seaplane transfer and hotel, all in one. On arrival in Male, guests are met by an Emirates Holidays representative, introduced to the Hotel team and escorted to the seaplane check in, all very easy and seamless. Information sheet provided with contact details and useful information. A hassle free experience highly recommended.

We recently had an amazing trip to Dubai and Bali, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

Dale assisted us from the very beginning of planning our trip and was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. He was incredibly accommodating, offering us multiple options, providing valuable advice, and assisting with every change along the way. He truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. He also connected us with fantastic service providers, which contributed to making our holiday so special.

As first-time travellers to Dubai and Bali, we were a little nervous, but everything was so well organised. Our flights with Emirates were amazing, and the arrival and airport pickups were smooth sailing.

Our arrival in Bali was delayed, and after facing long queues at immigration for our visas, we were exhausted by the time we finally made it through. However, on the other side, our lovely agent, Marna, was waiting patiently for us. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, even stopping along the way so we could get some extra water in the early hours of the morning. That thoughtful gesture meant so much after such a long journey!

To top it all off, we realised we had left something behind in the car, and Marna went out of her way to arrange for it to be delivered to our hotel. Her kindness, helpfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated. Marna was an absolute star, and her excellent service made our arrival in Bali such a pleasant experience.

Our trip was filled with incredible experiences, beautiful scenery, unforgettable adventures, and memories we will cherish for years to come. Everything came together beautifully, and we are so grateful to everyone who played a part in making our holiday such a success.

A huge thank you to Dale for his outstanding service, patience, and dedication, and to Marna for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived in Bali. Dale is truly a gem, and we would highly recommend him to anyone planning their next adventure!

From the start of the process where I searched for holidays, to the point where we had to start check-ins, Emirates kept us in the loop and made sure everything was in order for our stay. Even at the destination we were guided and assisted by their local agents.

I would have given a 5star rating if you could have provided us rooms with good views which we went to experience in Ubud and Seminiyak. Unfortunately our rooms in both of the hotels were average. In Hiliwatu it was facing the restaurant and in Oberio, though we booked a garden facing room but for one of our room there was none.

We requested the hotel staff to provide us rooms with some views but both properties were booked unfortunately.

Apart from the above, both the properties were good, food was good, staff was good.

We expect emirates to take care of the above point where someone goes to experience good views specially Bali.

From start to finish, our experience with Emirates Holidays was absolutely stress free, convenient and extremely well organised.

Everything was handled so seamlessly, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire trip. From the moment we landed, we knew exactly what to expect, where we needed to be and what arrangements had been made for us. The communication and organisation gave us peace of mind and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our holiday without having to worry about the logistics.

One of the things that really stood out for us was the 24 hour assistance via chat. Knowing that support was available whenever we needed it gave us an added sense of security, especially while travelling in a foreign country. Any questions or concerns could be addressed quickly and conveniently.

We were particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was managed from arrival right through to our departure. Having clear information, excellent communication and support throughout the trip made such a difference.

Overall, Emirates Holidays made our entire experience easy, comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well organised and hassle free holiday experience. We will certainly consider using Emirates Holidays again for our future travels.

They handled everything for our Dubai vacation perfectly. From the visa application which was so smooth because they did it all for us, to the transport that was waiting to take us to the hotel - everything was seamless. No stress at all. Truly professional and reliable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Great holiday in the Maldives with Emirates! From the process of booking (very patient Assistants in the Jumeirah, Dubai office) to the flights and accommodation - all excellent. This is my second holiday with Emirates (the last was Vegas|LA from Dubai and it did not disappoint. Look forward to booking again with Emirates next year ☺️

Very disappointing customer service from Emirates Holidays.

Before I made my booking, the team was extremely proactive — calling me back, following up and readily available whenever I needed assistance.

Unfortunately, once the booking was made and I later needed support, the experience was completely different.

Due to exceptional circumstances, I requested a goodwill review of the AED 2,204 cancellation charge and followed up several times over a period of weeks. Although automated case acknowledgements were generated, I never received a substantive response or decision on my request.

The contrast is particularly disappointing: excellent responsiveness when securing the booking, but virtually no meaningful customer support when a problem arises afterwards.

For a company carrying the Emirates name, I expected a much higher standard of after-sales service. Based on this experience, I would not book with Emirates Holidays again.

I would like to sincerely appreciate and thank the entire Emirates team for the excellent service and support you provided us, from the very first day I made our booking to the final point of picking us up from the hotel.

This was our first family trip as a family of six, including an infant, and it was also our first time travelling to Dubai. Naturally, I had some concerns and anxiety about travelling with the whole family, especially with a young baby. However, Emirates gave me the confidence and assurance that we would be well taken care of throughout our journey.

One of the things that gave me the greatest peace of mind was knowing that Emirates had arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us safely to our hotel. What impressed me even more was that you delivered exactly as promised. Everything was well organized, and the support we received made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

At some point, I genuinely felt like I was still in my own country. Knowing that the Emirates team was just a call away gave me a great sense of comfort and security. That level of care meant so much to me, particularly because I was travelling with my entire family and an infant.

Thank you, Emirates, for making our first family trip to Dubai such a wonderful and memorable experience. Your professionalism, reliability, kindness, and attention to our needs truly stood out.
