Made me feel at home
It doesn't feel sketchy at all. The customer service team is there when you need them and they sort things out quickly. Online consultations can feel a bit risky, but they really handle it well.

Better notes than my GP
Got a follow-up email after my check-in that summarised what we discussed, what was prescribed, and what to look out for in terms of side effects. Better post-visit notes than my own GP ever gives me.

Excellent Customer Service
Was a bit sceptical before I spoke to them on chat. Chat was great and answered all my questions and suggested which one would be best for me. When checking my order i discovered that they had sent the wrong order. Emailed them straight away and they came back to me in minuets. Very helpful and explained how to return the one that arrived today and the correct order is now being dispatched, delivery is fast and the customer service in chat and email is fast. Smooth transition from another provider
I switched over to Elva from a competitor that was overpriced and didn't actually deliver on the health improvements they promised. Moving across was smooth. They took my previous info and kept me going without overcharging.

I decided not to on the basis of forensically examining the claims in particular Retatrutide isn’t licensed yet
I decided not to purchase from Elva after conducting due diligence.
My primary concern is that the website advertises Retatrutide products. Retatrutide remains an investigational drug and is not an approved weight-loss medication in the UK or USA where Yale Medical are conducting a trial .
That immediately raised significant regulatory and safety concerns for me.
I then examined the company in more detail and identified several additional issues:
• The company appears to be very recently incorporated.
• The website refers to products as compounded preparations and, in places, biological research materials, while simultaneously marketing them as weight-loss treatments.
• I was unable to find clear and easily verifiable GMC registration details for the doctors presented on the website.
• Trustpilot reviews are limited in number, and many reviewer profiles appear to have only ever left a single review.
• One reviewer reported receiving an unlabelled vial and stated that no Certificate of Analysis (COA) was supplied with the product. The company response indicated that the absence of labelling was intentional.
I am not alleging wrongdoing. However, when considering injectable medications, I expect complete transparency regarding regulatory status, prescribing arrangements, clinician credentials, pharmacy oversight, product labelling, batch traceability, and independent quality assurance.
Based on the information available, I did not feel sufficiently confident in the regulatory, clinical, or quality-control framework to proceed with a purchase.
Potential customers should conduct extensive due diligence before ordering any injectable medication and independently verify all relevant regulatory registrations and approvals.

Thanks for the review, and for being upfront that you did not buy from us and did not contact us before posting. Every question you raised below would have been answered by emailing help@elvalabs.co. We will answer them here instead, on the record.
Retatrutide. Correct, it is not a licensed branded medicine in the UK or US, nobody at Elva claims otherwise. It is supplied through the US 503A and 503B compounding pathway via licensed compounding partners, which is the legal framework that exists specifically for compounded preparations of investigational and off-label peptides. That is how every legitimate compounded peptide provider operates. Compounded preparation, not a licensed pharmaceutical, and the journey on our site reflects that.
Recently incorporated. The UK-facing entity is new on Companies House, and to be fully transparent: it is wholly owned by a foreign parent company and forms one arm of a larger international operation. The supply chain, compounding partners, clinical team and dispensing infrastructure sit at the parent level and predate the UK entity. New UK brand, established underlying group.
"Compounded preparations and biological research materials, simultaneously marketed as weight-loss treatments." That is two distinct product lines, not a contradiction. The GLP range is supplied for weight management through the compounded framework above. The research peptide range (BPC-157, MOTS-c, TB-500 and others) sits under a different legal classification and is sold for research use. Two product lines, two frameworks, side by side on one storefront with the relevant disclaimers on each page. Standard practice.
GMC search. Our clinical team spans the UK and EU, with members registered in the UK, Germany, Romania and Switzerland, so it is no surprise the GMC came up partial. A doctor in Berlin appears on the Bundesarztregister, one in Bucharest on the CMR, one in Zurich with MEBEKO and the FMH, not the GMC. Every member is individually registered with the relevant body for their jurisdiction. Registration number, jurisdiction and verification link for the expert reviewing any given order are available on request, we just do not publish them to the open web by default.
Trustpilot volume. The current count at time of your post is twelve five-star reviews, zero across two, three and four, and your one. We would rather earn the rest organically. If you have evidence of any review being fabricated, flag it to Trustpilot, they take that seriously and so do we.
Unlabelled vials and COA. Older batches arrive unlabelled because the bulk production runs they come from are shared across multiple downstream brands, with each brand applying its own packaging at the final step. Production is now around fifty thousand vials per batch, and from this point forward our portion is labelled at our end before dispatch. Batch number, manufacture date and Certificate of Analysis for any specific order are available on request, same day. Absence of label on a legacy vial is not absence of records.
Your closing point, that customers should conduct extensive due diligence. We agree. Asking the company is itself part of due diligence. You chose one input (inferring from the marketing site) and not the other (asking). Reasonable people will form their own view on whether that is a balanced process for a one-star verdict.

Thanks for the honest feedback, and totally fair to feel wary if you weren't expecting a plain vial.
The unlabelled vial is actually by design, not an oversight. Every batch is tracked internally against your order and we can email you the Certificate of Analysis (HPLC purity, batch reference, the lot) if you ask, we'd have happily sent yours over straight away. Most compounded peptide preparations ship this way for the same reason, but we hear you, it can feel jarring the first time you open the box.
If you'd rather not use the product, no hard feelings, we'll arrange either a full refund or a replacement, whichever suits you. Just drop us a line at help@elvalabs.co with your order number and we'll sort it.
