Anna on the customer service team helped me sort out an account issue and stayed patient with me the whole time.

Looked on the website, filled in the questionnaire but did not complete purchase, received a number of emails offering me a discount. When I was ready to buy there was a problem with processing the payment. I emailed them screenshots and was advised to use another device which I did. Completed the order on Saturday the 4th July. No confirmation of order email since despite the website stating most orders are with the customer within 72 hours of placing it, I have taken the weekend into account. I have checked all of my inboxes including spam. I have emailed them twice using the email they have previously corresponded to me with for an order update to no avail. Thankfully I used a credit card to purchase with so I will be applying to the bank for a refund as it’s currently looking like I will not receive my order despite the payment clearing on my statement. *** UPDATE- I have received an email telling me that the heat has caused delays, that they have refunded me which can take up to 5 working days but I will still receive my order as a good will gesture. When that happens I will update my review and rating accordingly ***

Excellent customer service, quick replies to every question I sent over email. Never waited more than a business day for a real human reply. Refreshing in 2026.

I'm saving over $500 a month compared to what my friend pays for the overpriced brand. Same active ingredients, same results, a fraction of the cost.

Spoke with Trina on the care team about a dose change and she was wonderful. She actually followed up two days later just to make sure I was handling the higher dose okay. Above and beyond.

Still not received the refund Total SCAM

Awaiting a refund for over a week and then keep getting emails saying my order is in a queue to be confirmed despite requesting a cancellation and then confirming the cancellation. Then told 3-5 days for refund then 5 -10. Avoid total scammers

My best friend told me about Elva before I signed up. I could see she looked so much younger and slimmer and I wanted that same glow-up. I finally get what she meant now.

What they recommend actually works, the chats are professional, and shipping has been reliable. I'd love a slightly more detailed progress dashboard in my portal. Small thing though.

As per the previous review, ordered the injections on the 28th, contacted the company on 2nd as they'd not been received.
I was initially advised they been delivered to a safe place on the 28th & to check with my neighbours etc. Well, as I only placed the order on the 28th, which was a Sunday, this was clearly a lie! Understandably I immediately lost faith in this company & demanded a refund!
This morning they changed their story & told me the same as the previous reviewers, delayed due to "extra checks". Make your minds up, either I had it delivered or you were doing extra checks, it can't be both!
I again responded advising I wanted confirmation of my refund by close of business today or I would raise a dispute with my bank. I received no response & have just completed my dispute with my bank as I said I would...I do stick to my word, unlike this company!
Do the right thing & return my money so I can take my business elsewhere!

***Update*** I have now received a refund & have been advised my kit is currently in transit & I can keep it once received.
I may provide another update if/when I receive the kit.

I would have added more stars if it weren't for the fact that the company had my review flagged as defamatory before I even received the requested refund.

In order for my review to be defamation, it needed to be false, which I can prove to Trustpilot is not the case.

If I were to offer advice to this company, it would be to take a serious look at their Customer Service, it's absolutely appalling!

I have now dropped this back down to 1 star as you have been mailing me about your "extra checks" for multiple days despite me telling you I have the kit & to stop!

I should not have to resort to blocking your email to stop the harrassment, but you left me with no other choice!

I guess you get what you pay for & in this case, you get zero Customer Service or respect!

Filled in the form on a Saturday evening and had my first delivery by Tuesday afternoon.

Ordered early on a Friday, shipped the same day, and it was in my hands Monday morning. I genuinely have no idea how they pull this off so quickly.

Straightforward, professional, and effective. Three words I never thought I'd use about a weight-loss service. 24 lbs off in 3 months and the support has been steady the whole way.

Why is nobody else doing this? The tablets took 8kg off me in two months.

The check-ins are focused and useful. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they answer any questions I have.

Happy with the service and the results, 17 lbs off in 3 months. The check-ins can be a bit clunky, but everything else has been great.
